buying my new truck at Grappones was an easy pleasant experience, I really appreciated the they came out with all their regular offers like extended warranty, etc. but unlike other dealers around there was no pressure or repeated attempt to talk me into it. They added a few extra's I wanted, leather and bedliner, truck came back looking great.
