Had a great experience with my salesman John and the finance team were also great to work with. There were no typical back and forth or add ons or crazy sales pitches after the discussed numbers. It was a very relaxed buying experience with no pressure! I would send anyone to this dealership and expect that they would have the very same experience I had buying my car. Extremely welcoming staff in a very pleasant environment. I appreciate the detailed explanations of my cars needs with no pressure. I especially am very impressed with Vickie Kaspszak whose warm and welcoming presence makes me feel confident about the decision decisions I have to make. She is an asset to Grappone Ford because of the way she treats customers and her expertise in explaining the process. I feel that I get the same type of service from her that she would give two members of her own family.

Colin Mark, the Grappone sales person, was extremely helpful in identifying the vehicle I was looking for. He spent time to explain my lease options, recommended the value of various features, patiently taught me how to use those features, and accomplished everything in just two days. I was very pleased with the ease of our transaction.
