Said it would take an hour, it did and no more. Very pleasant people to talk with. Easy for me to get to the dealership (important because I’m elderly).

Liked the easy going (no pressure) personality of the saleswoman. And she was very knowledgeable and positive. Appreciated that the bump we found was fixed perfectly before we picked it up. Liked that we were given a quote on our trade in within a half hour. Liked that we were offered bottled water and snacks while we waited for paperwork. Only complaints...Took about 5 mins. for a salesperson to help us after walking in the door. (Almost walked out.) Luckily, we waited and ended up buying the car we test drove. Also, the car we came to look at that was being advertised on the lot was not there due to transmission issues. Wouldn’t have stopped in if we had known that. Lastly, the bathroom in the show room wasn’t very clean.

Warmth and friendliness with seamless efficiency made for a nice experience. Service was performed on schedule and in line with all expectations. Service reps were understanding and uplifting.

Not a pressure sale and customer service are some great people, Greg, took time for my concerns about the car.

We enjoy the friendly staff and quality, efficient service. The lobby is clean and inviting and we appreciate the access to Coffeys, beverages and snacks. (especially the fresh popcorn!)
