Great Service

The service representative was very honest and knowledgeable and explained in complete detail all required parts needed for brake replacement and also recommended air filter and spark plug replacement which would improve mpg performance. Very satisfied.

Very professional

Grappone is different in a great way

Grappone Ford in Bow, NH was a great experience. They do upfront pricing and the dealers are paid by number of sales, not commission. This ensures they only care that you get exactly what you are looking for and the upfront pricing removes any doubt about the price. John was fantastic and made sure I understood everything about the truck and broke down each individual cost for me. Grappone is great for those who are tired of the wheeling and dealing, the remove all doubt from the pricing and offer free extra warranties separate from Ford! Thank you Grappone Ford
