We had a pretty easy transaction at Toyota of Rockwall. We drive an hour and a half to buy a specific used Titan, and it was waiting for us when we got there. The negotiations were simple, we agreed on a price pretty quickly. The only improvements I could think of, are speeding up the payment process. (The whole test drive/price negotiation took about 30-45 minutes, but to actually do the paperwork and pay for it took another couple of hours.) and accepting debit card payments for the amount of the purchase for those of us who want to pay outright for our vehicle. Overall though, we wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from Toyota of Rockwall.

Well, it's the second vehicle I've bought from Toyota of Rockwall and I am thoroughly pleased. It was a little bit of a long process because I'm sort of picky, but between Ameer and the GM, coming to terms on what I was looking for in vehicle and price, we finally settled on it. We're now the proud owners of a brand new Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE 2025. I am verified pleased with Ameer who was my primary salesman and PJ who was my first contact? My wife is very pleased with her new SUV. She's thoroughly loves how it looks and drives! After she had driven it the first words out of her mouth was, "WOW it's got power! I can't say enough about how I was treated. Everyone was very polite, very forthcoming with answers to my questions. Kevin was very helpful in in the finance department in getting the interest rate down close to where I was wanting it. It's very helpful. I just can't say enough about them. All these positive events when we bought our 1st car and now the Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE 2025 SUV is why Toyota of Rockwall is my kind of dealer I appreciated and why I return to do business with them! I would like to THANK Ameer personally, as he was probably one of the nicest salesmen I have been associated with in all my 75 years. I highly recommend Toyota of Rockwall and Ameer. “It just didn’t print” DO NOT SIGN anything when you hear this words from Kevin. Kevin was friendly and not overly pushy, but a lot of the pricing info he showed me was incomplete or missing details. When I asked questions, he’d say things like “oh, it just didn’t print,” which didn’t inspire much confidence. At one point, after I declined an offer, he tried to get me to sign the page before writing “declined” across it. It felt like a tactic to make it look like I’d agreed. When the sale didn’t go through, suddenly the APR dropped. Overall, I’d be cautious and make sure you get everything in writing, clearly, before you sign anything.

The process in buying the car was very straightforward and simple, customer service was great, and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. Jimmie was fantastic and super nice and kind, and Kevin, and Jeff were amazing too.

My wife and I just purchased a new car from Toyota of Rockwall. Russell Morgan helped us with the sale. He is exceptionally kind and I trust him. Never any pressure. Ask for him specifically is my advice. We have been purchasing and servicing our vehicles at Toyota of Rockwall since their opening many years ago. Always great service. I just wanna express my sincere appreciation for my recent experience at Toyota Rockwall. I was really impressed with the efforts and everything.., specially the fair trade in offer since my vehicle was in a bad condition. Ameer was very patient with me, and didn’t seem to be bothered with all my questions and concerns. Instead he was very helpful/friendly and he truly made the process as smooth as i can only imagine.
