Awesome Service

I had a awesome experience with Randy Siegman at Quick Lane from the day I made my appointment to the day of service. He is always friendly, kind, helpful, and a great adviser when letting you know what’s needed best for your vehicle.

Dealer response

Hi Jeanette, thank you for taking the time to leave us your response to our Staff's outstanding customer service! Thanks again for your business! Take care!

Excellent experience all the way around.

Excellent experience all the way around. Viewed their website, found a vehicle we liked, contacted them and made all arrangements over the internet. Showed up and our salesman Arnold was super helpful. The whole process was quick and easy. I highly recommend them.

Avoid at all costs. Shady business practices

My horrifying experience started on Saturday, August 13th. I went into the dealership to test drive a 2013 Land Rover LR4 HSE LUX. Granted when I got there it was pretty close to closing time. However, when I arrived I asked if I could test drive the vehicle and I was told that the vehicle needed some sort of "sensor" and I would not be able to test drive. Prior to that the salesperson Bernadette Pinder informed me that if I wasn't a cash buyer that I couldn't buy the vehicle because it was too old (2013) and had too many miles (99,000) to be financed with their banks. I informed Bernadette that I did not need to be financed with their bank, as I was already pre-approved with my credit union. Fast forward to Monday, August 15th, I receive an email that the vehicle is still available. I called and spoke to the sales Manager Richard Mylinski. He informed me that I could in fact test drive the vehicle and I informed him that I was on my way, within an hour. I show up to the dealeship, test drive the vehicle and I really like it. I told the sales person that I wanted to buy the vehicle, after we negotiated on a price. Once the negotiations were done, the salesperson tells me that I "have" to get financed through their banks, even though I informed him that I was already pre-approved. I asked him to get the finance manager as this didn't sound accurate. He was basically trying to force me to let them run my credit. I talked to the finance person (Daniel Cornitcher), who stated that although I was financed with my bank, the only way that I could leave with the vehicle was if I was also approved with their banks, in case "something went wrong" with my financing, despite me being financed with one of the MOST reputable veteran serving credit unions that there is. After a bit of back and forth, I asked to speak to the GM, who basically said that becasue "they've been burned" so much in the past, they can not let customers who are pre-approved drive off with the vehicle unless they have a certified check in hand, which is completely contrary to routine and typical pre-approval funding guidelines. Also, while speaking with the GM, they sold the vehicle to another couple while I was still there. Last thing, when I tried to forego using my pre-apporoval and just paying out right, I was told that there was a $5,000 limit on all credit card transactions. This dealership is definitely very "mom and popish". I'll stick with my luxury experience at BMW. Avoid this dealership at all cost, unless you want to receive disparate information and be made to feel like a criminal.

I was waiting for my vehicle that I ordered and the salesman, Thomas, kept in constant communication with me. Then my husband's car died a few days before I was due to buy my truck. They worked all day with us to come up with a plan to buy 2 vehicles in the same day, to a price we were comfortable with monthly. Great patient customer service!

Service department needs education on what service truly

Service department needs education on what service truly is. Incompetent and rude. Always claiming to be understaffed. Ordering wrong parts and causing excessive inconvenience and waiting. Then threatened when you complain about the poor service. Avoid this dealer at all costs. Zero commitment to service. Horrible waiting area with no attention to comfort.

Literally the worst dealership.

I would give them zero stars if possible. This is the second terrible experience with this dealership. I thought since the first issue was almost ten years ago things would be different but I was wrong. Went to the dealership on 7-30-22 to test drive a vehicle, walked the lot to look at a few of the cars and no one came out to greet us. Go inside and still never greeted walked up to the front desk and asked if we could speak with a sales rep to test drive a vehicle we were interested in before ordering one. The young lady at the front desk pages a sales rep to which the sales rep sitting across from us annoyingly calls us over and says “I was hoping someone else would grab you, I’m still dealing with someone”. Mind you he never stood up and introduced himself or asked our names just told us we could sit down. We explained that we were interested in a certain vehicle but wanted to test drive one first to make sure we liked it before ordering one. The dealership had two in stock. We were told we could only test drive the one because the other was on their show room and they wouldn’t let us drive it since we weren’t buying it. Mind you it wasn’t a top of the line or anything special. If it was a Shelby I would understand but the truth was they didn’t feel like moving it let alone deal with us. Then the sales rep leaves to make a copy of our ID and when he returns he states the other vehicle was sold and we couldn’t test drive any. No apology or anything. Didn’t offer his card to follow up with us. I shook his hand and thanked him for his time and he seemed to not even want to shake my hand. I should of known that it was going to be a terrible experience and that nothing had changed. Left Al Packer and went to Bob Davidson Ford and was treated much better was able to test drive multiple vehicles and will be back beginning of September to order the vehicle when ordering opens back up.

best shop in baltimore

I’ve been going to randy at al packer for the past few years and he has always given us exceptional service each time. He is the only mechanic that I trust with my vehicle, even after the warranty ran out, he has always helped me out in a way that works for both the company and myself. He’s extremely trustworthy and has never steered me in the wrong direction when it comes to my car. Randy is great when it comes to communication and our next car will 100% be coming from Al packer ford!
