I’ve been talking with Athina Batis, the sales manager.

I’ve been talking with Athina Batis, the sales manager. She has been super helpful and on top of everything to help get me going, I’m from MA and drove down to buy a truck and needed plates and registration help. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Can’t thank her enough!! Highly recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from the dealership!

The service department had my F150 for a month rebuilding

The service department had my F150 for a month rebuilding the transmission. It was originally supposed to get a sensor replaced and only take a week. After week one I called for an update, and they told me they would need it another week because they had to rebuild the transmission. A month later I finally got my truck back and it was running until today. 17k miles later the rebuilt transmission now needs to be replaced and go figure, it's out of warranty. I feel as though I should get a lot more than 17K miles out of a rebuilt transmission, especially after the price of rebuilding it. Stay away!!

The service department had my F150 for a month rebuilding the transmission. It was originally supposed to get a sensor replaced and only take a week. I feel as though I should get a lot more than 17K miles out of a rebuilt transmission, especially after the price of rebuilding it. Stay away!!

Nate & Sam, I want to take this opportunity to extend my sincere thank you for selling me my new N Line. I have been leasing and buying cars for 35 years and this purchase experience was by far the most pleasurable. Both of you responded immediately to questions, negotiations and everything needed to make the purchase happen in a timely manner. Upon arriving at the dealership it took less than 45 minutes to take delivery without any surprises from finance. Again, thank you for making this happen and worth the 6-hour roundtrip from NJ. The buying experience with Arnold S.

The buying experience with Arnold S. was easy and seamless. Purchased 2018 Yukon XL on Saturday, 1-4-2025. Snow came in on Monday, 1-6-2025 and dealership closed early. On Tuesday, 1-7-2025 vehicle back at dealer for drivetrain issue (truck drives like riding on rumble strips at 35 & 55), passenger automatic running board not working and DIC says service theft system. No check engine light illuminated. I spoke with Used Car Manager Sam who stated that the truck should not have been sold to me on 1-4 because he knew it needed spark plugs, etc. He saw the truck was sold when he arrived on Monday but he never reached out to me, go figure! Sam was more than happy to fix all issues which would be the right thing to do. I told Sam the issue is the torque converter but he insisted on spark plugs and wires. Welp, that didn't fix it and the tech had to continue to trouble shoot the issue with no estimated time line for repair. The14-day money back guarantee date was approaching and they still did not know what the issue was. I returned the keys and signed the return paperwork on 1-17-2025. It never should have been sold in that condition. Sam did try to make it right, but I felt that the truck would cause more issues once the 90 day- warranty expired. I received my down payment back on my card on 1-20-2025. As of 1-28-2025, Al Packer still have not paid off the loan with M&T Bank and they have been ignoring communication. M&T is aware of the situation and informed me that they have not received a pay off request nor payoff check from Al Packer. Dealerships will be your best friend when buying, and will distant themselves when it's not beneficial for their business. Buyers, checkout Caredge.com and CarEdge on youtube before buying cars from any dealership. Also, as of 1-28-2025, they still have it listed -2018 GMC Yukon XL - as "Manager's Special" and have removed the "Blue Advantage Warranty". Don't buy!

I will say the service department was trash miss evon was

I will say the service department was trash miss evon was very unreliable and made promises that she could not keep this lady had me take a Ford car back to the dealer I purchased it from to get them to open the hood she was never supposed to allow me to leave without resorting all of her resources and yhen my car still isn't ready plus she had me picked up in a Uber from work just to bring me to the dealership just to take me home when I would have just went home and to make it wort I'm walking g with crutches and she knew that so I'll see what tomorrow brings also she was very rude .

I am currently deployed so purchasing a vehicle back home

I am currently deployed so purchasing a vehicle back home isn’t the easiest experience to begin with. Unfortunately Al Packer made it impossible. And Athina Batis is the sales manager who never responded to my emails, texts or voicemails- even to this day. I reached out through the website to email Al Packer that I wanted to purchase the 2017 f250. I’m my email I explained that I was local but currently deployed but have a check already etc. I provided all my information as well. All I wanted was for someone to verify it was still available and I was going to have my wife go down with the check and pick it up. Athina would not respond to me . I wound up getting in touch with another salesperson and I was told the vehicle has been sold now. They sold the vehicle when they had me wanting to buy it and all I needed was for someone to take my check. It sounds like Athina Batis wound up selling it to a friend or family member because it was a very good deal. I have also seen this kind of shady stuff happen in real estate as well. ATHINA BATIS SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR THIS. She still has yet to respond to my email, texts, or voicemail, and it has been ten days! Absolutely terrible to treat anyone like this.
