Purchase of certified used F350 with trade in

Nate was absolutely wonderful and I will definitely be going through him for all future Ford truck purchases! He was so helpful, courteous, and kind.

Appointment

Chris Kleinsmith was very courteous and helpful in setting up the appointment for my recall work and arranging for a loaner car. The appointment is next week, so I can't say much else.

Bad customer service in sales dept

My daughter Purchased a 2016 escape from al packer which was a certified pre owned vehicle. The vehicle was on the lot on Wednesday January 9 from the auction and my daughter and I went to look at it Thursday January 10th I. The evening after work.my daughter went through her own finance company and since it was night time you really can’t see how clean it is inside.i took vehicle back to packer on January 15th to show the manager on duty who happened to be win and I only wanted 5 minutes of his time to show him how dirty vehicle was inside and I even brought a flashlight.there was no customers in the sales area and the receptionist said to give him five minutes so I waited ten minutes and she came to me and said he didn’t have time and he would call me.never heard from him at all.the next day frank the sales person called me to see what was going on and I proceeded to tell him wyn was _ ________ and should not be working there.i did not want it cleaned that night I just wanted to show him what I was there for.so my daughter set it up with frank to have it cleaned on Friday Jan 18th.she picks car up that evening and isn’t happy so I look at it and like I said I understand it is a used vehicle it looked bad.i took vehicle back to packer on Jan 19th which is today and frank brings wyn out to look at it.i show him the issues and he says we have done what we can and walks back into the showroom.i try to call frank and he won’t answer phone.i have never seen a used certified vehicle leave a dealership looking the way it does.i can take my fingers and get dirt off the cargo area panels.

A very good buying experience

My sales person (Bernadette Pinder) was very experience and worked hard for me to make this buying experience a pleasure. I would send my friends to her if they are looking for a new vehicle.

Great experience

Came in late (~7 pm) and after visiting several other dealers in the area. Was immediately impressed by being warmly greeted. My sales rep Bernadette Pinder was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the exact truck I was looking for. She was fair and transparent in the negotiation process. I walked out by 10pm with a brand new F150 and couldn’t be happier.

Service

Bob Bayer provided excellent service for my vehicle repair. He found that the repair was covered under the original Ford warranty so there was no charge. The water pump and drive belt were covered. Thanks Bob!

Excellence in Service

I originally went to another dealer in Bel Air, but when the salesman walked out and just handed me a business and told me to come get him inside if I was interested in anything, I left. Went to Al Packer Ford and was met by Bernie who stayed out in the cold with me for half an hour while I looked at new trucks. When I narrowed my selection down, she went and looked up to see if there were any more in inventory. She came back out and spent another 20 minutes with me. I came back two days later and bought a new truck from Bernie. She made the whole experience painless and simple, with no hassle or harassment about buying additional options. She worked with the finance department on several options for me and helped me decide the best course of action. Thanks Bernie I appreciate your professionalism and dedication to customer service. Car salespersons typically get a bad reputation for being overly pushy and annoying...not Bernie, she was fantastic and it was a pleasure dealing with her! I would highly recommend the Al Packer experience and definitely ask for Bernie, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Al Packer for excellence in everything!

Oil change

They were on time. I didn't have to wait long. It was only about an hour for my oil change. Nice people. Clean place.

Serviced in a flash!

I think the service department set a record this time! Christopher Kleinsmith was my service advisor and had me checked in very quickly. I work in a building almost next door to Al Packers and walked back to my office (needed the exercise!). It seemed like I had only been back a few minutes and my phone rang!...car was ready to go! I picked it up a few hours later. Everything was fine! Car runs great and all is well.
