I was very pleased with the experience I had with Al Packer. Salesmen Richard Mlynski was very helpful in helping to get not only the best price for me but was helpful in making sure the vehicle was fueled, cleaned and ready to go when I arrived. A lot of the paperwork was done online and he took the time to go over all of the vehicles options before I left. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman.

The entire service process is comforting. From dealing with the service writer, Paul Mox, to the fleet of diesel techs. There are 2 Ford dealers closer to my home, but I choose to go to White Marsh. I trust the maintenance of my vehicle to Packer.
