Had a 8.30 appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours. All I got was a sorry. Then when it was done the paperwork was on the guys desk he told me to wait until he did someone else’s paperwork. Why do they give you a time for a appointment if it takes an 1 1/2 hours to get on the rack. Not pleased.

Clark was very helpful and friendly . I originally came in for an inspection but he worked me in to do an oil change, tire rotation and 4 wheel alignment. It saved me from having to come back another day. Thanks Clark!
