Costumer satisfaction

My Wife and I where very interested in a used Ford Explore on your lot! I have bought a vehicle from you in the past and a good experience. I explained to the sales person that i have found the same vehicles and ones with lower miles and more options between Erie and Cleveland, OH and that I would rather work with local business than take my business out of town. His reply was "I guess you're going to Ohio". In this global market I really don't think anyone should be treated this way!!!!!!!

Service

I put in a service request for a repair that was covered under warranty. They weren't going to make any money off of this request so they completely ignored it.

I think mast of the comments on this site is made up by the dealer to make them look better. No full name to back them up it looks very fishy too me. And all the comments are mostly the same just rearranged the words a little the names also look like fabricated mayby a few are real

Buying new vehicke

I was treated good by the salesman But found a much better deal for the same vehicle with more options at another dealer. In these days it is best to shop for the best deal that is what I did and it worked great.

Great Experience!!!

We recently just purchased a Jeep liberty from Humes on Saturday morning. One of the best car experiences we have ever had. The process all together did not take long at all. Our salesman Ted Brink was a very nice man to deal with he wasn't pushy as we were deciding on our decision to buy the vehicle even let us take it for a second test drive to make sure its really what I wanted to purchase told us to take our time on the test drive. They were very happy to lower the price to make it easier for us to purchase. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them to my friends or any one wanted to purchase a used vehicle.

Unhappy used buyer!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from them and it had some rust signs showing. It was agreed upon during purchase that the rust be fixed. So far I've had the vehicle up there two times to get the spots that were supposedly fixed to get fixed again, all within 2 weeks of buying the vehicle. I was told the first time that they were going to take care of it, just to find out they sent it to a different bodyshop to get fixed. Bubbles re-surfaced and I took it back up again and they said they would get in their shop this time for sure and have it fixed right. Get it back and there are still bubble and rough spots. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND BUYING A USED CAR FROM THEM OR HAVE ANY BODY WORK DONE BY THEM.

The best dealer yet!

I've been to several Chrysler dealers in the area, all of them were very rude until we tried Humes Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We were treated wonderful, Bob Corritore was the best Salesman we've ever done business with. We have had some credit problems in the past involving medical bills, Kevin in Finance didn't give up on us and got us approved for 0 down. We picked out the car we wanted a beautiful 2006 Chrysler Pacifica AWD. We got a very fair price, Bob was very honest they up front told us the Pacifica needed a vent piece and that they would order it. We would'nt have even noticed it without him pointing it out. We will be coming back for a next vehicle. Thank You Humes, my daughter absolutely loves the Pacifica and thinks of reasons to leave just to drive it.

Love my New Jeep!

Being a female, I really do not like to have to make big purchases without having a male friend with me. I didn't need back up at Humes! I was treated with respect and LOVE the fact that I was in and out with a lot of haggle, they gave me a great price for my trade and I am now a HUMES car buyer. Thank you to the whole Humes team! I love my Wrangler too!
