Jesus was very knowledgeable about the Hybrid Kia Carnival. I felt very confident with all the bells and whistles by the end of closing. He's very easy going and did not make me feel any pressure to buy the vehicle. He provided us with great customer service. I would recommend any of my friends and family to work with him for their next vehicle purchase.

I went in three days and spoke with two gentleman that were very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and understanding. They listened to me about everything I said. Even when I was unsure of what I really wanted. I loved the royal treatment I felt as well. The coffee/lattte/cappuccino machine was awesome . Expresso drinks are insane. I didn't even have that treatment at Cadillac.. I also love the fact that I was able to look at numbers in an estimation and didn't feel pressured. The texting option and communication was very helpful as well. I wasn't forced to come in. I appreciate the honesty from the dealers. I want to thank both Mr Keith Jones and especially Mr Luis Torres for putting up with my indecisiveness. Haha. They both were great. I made poor Mr Torres work, I wanted to see every car and by each other and he did everything I asked and heard my concerns from the beginning. I also enjoyed him working with my personality, we both were able have a good time and laugh through the process which is good. A lot of people don't understand my humor. But I'm glad he did. Over all do recommend royal.
