Unbeatable Experience with Cody Murphy at Royal Kia! My recent car buying experience at Royal Kia was unbeatable thanks to Cody Murphy. His outstanding customer service, from initial contact to final purchase and beyond, truly made me feel confident that I secured the perfect vehicle for my family and future. From the very beginning, Cody was incredibly responsive and helpful. When I inquired about a Kia Sportage I saw in Royal's inventory online, he promptly responded to my email and met with me at the dealership the same day. While there were a lack of 2023 Sportage Hybrids available on the market at the time, Cody assured me the 2024 models would be available for order soon and secured my contact information. Over the following 2 months, Cody stayed in constant communication, keeping me updated on any changes to the ordering status. Cody reached out to me on the very first day the 2024 Sportage Hybrids were available for order. He explained the ordering process clearly and made the experience easy to understand. We came in the next day to customize our vehicle and secured our order. Fortunately in the same week, Cody informed us our order was slated for a swift arrival within 3 months. Even during the busy holiday season, Cody stayed in touch, promptly updating us on any changes to the estimated delivery date. We were pleasantly surprised when the car arrived a month early! Demonstrating his initiative, Cody proactively prepped our Sportage for us while we were out of town over the weekend. Cody's unwavering commitment extended to the day of purchase. He worked diligently with us throughout the entire purchasing process. He collaborated with his Sales Manager to not only secure us a better deal on our trade-in, but also ensure we received all of the available incentives, including those offered to me as an Active Duty Military member. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the warranties and patiently explained each option, ultimately helping us select the best coverage to safeguard our new car. Cody didn't just sell us a car; he sold us on a complete Royal Kia experience when he explained the ease of scheduling future service and the value of our warranty coverage with real quotes and customer data to prove their worth. This was a major factor for us, considering our past negative experiences with service departments at dealerships over the years. We're truly looking forward to building a long-lasting relationship with Royal Kia during our ownership of our new Sportage. Importantly, I never felt pressured at any point during my interactions with Cody. He was genuinely friendly, courteous, and always put our needs first. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Cody Murphy to anyone looking for a Kia. His dedication, knowledge, and outstanding customer service made my car-buying experience truly positive. In fact, based on my experience with Cody, I would strongly recommend Royal over any other their competitors in the Tucson area.
