I went through the buying experience, sitting on the side line, and being the co-signer for my daughter to buy her very first brand new car. The sales... associate and the entire dealership took excellent care of her. Having worked "in the industry" I have seen a lot of dealerships from the inside, and know the red flags when I see them. This was a through and through a great experience, and I'm happy my daughter chose Royal Kia, and that her introduction to becoming an owner of a new Kia was as positive and pleasant as this!
Melissa was my salesperson she was friendly and professional, she knew the answers to my questions. It was a great experience working with her on purc...hasing my 1st new car.

We moved here in August 2017. We own two vans both with extended 100,000 10 year warranties. We needed Oil Change and Tire Rotation on each vehicle.... In addition I asked the to look at both vans since the release on the door looks for the automatic sliding doors no longer release when the car is shut off or put in park. The first time I called I was told that they could not be looked at under warranty unless I could prove I had a warranty on the, KIA USA told me that a dealer can verify it by VIN number. Then I was also told I would have to leave the vehicle with them for an oil change and that they could only look at the door during the week and I would have to leave the van with them and I would have to bring in the paper work on the warranty, The second time I attempted to schedule an appointment (within business hours - I kept getting directed to a web site to schedule it or to leave a message- I never heard back on my message and the website will not let you register as a guest- it does not scroll past entering your name. It is a shame that a dealership that has such potential to win and have new customers goes out its way to keep them away
We bought a used car for 25k. Everything is wonderful with car. Scheduled service intervals are a different story. Ty took our car in, said it would t...ake two hours....called 40 minutes later and said it will now take all day, offered shuttle. 30 minutes later car was done? He couldn't explain or read service that was performed. calling back to answer their call, girl on phone acted like we were bothering her, almost rude. 1st time we took it in we didn't get it serviced because of wait time....all day. Past dealerships we have been in and out within an hour. Not impressed at all with service department.
