"How car buying should be"

Everything at the dealership was presented as previously discussed, there were no surprises. The vehicle price was as per previous communication. There were no pressure sales or unwanted dealer add-ons. Tom Rice was very professional and efficient. He strived to get the items I requested and was due. This was my most pleasurable car buying experience. I highly recommend Tom Rice and Royal Kia.

Wow! Amazing experience!

Seriously the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! NO pressure, super personable and friendly while still maintaining his professionalism!!! Everett and the whole staff was super nice, positive and accommodating! I have super crappy credit and they were able to work with me and stay within my budget!!!! Highly recommended!!!

Very awesome

I called about a truck online and TJ answered all my questions and could tell I was interested in the truck I was looking at told him I was coming from Phoenix and would be up the next day first thing in the morning. Got down to the dealership Tj was there to greet me at the door didn’t waste no time getting into the test drive. Got back to the dealership sat down got to business and was dry satisfied with his customer service and had a positive attitude and very friendly while doing paperwork. Really recommend seeing Tj at royal Kia

Very helpful they try their hardest for the best experience

They really went out of there way to help me get a vehicle at a best price. Willing to do what they can for a best price and finding a loaner for financing.

Ordered the "Royal Rice" again at my KIA Dealership

If you're up in mid-town Tucson looking for a great deal, you gotta check out the "Tom Rice" they serve up at Royal KIA. And if you're real lucky, you could also get a bit of "Beto" on the side. I happened to have a service need at the dealership last week on my older Sorento we purchased from Tom a few years ago, and as I always do while waiting, I asked if Tom was in. While chatting, one thing led to another and we started looking at the newer Sorento models on the lot, but nothing stood out. Too pricey, not the options desired, etc. - you know the drill. Finally Tom says I should look at a recent trade-in out on the back lot that was just dropped off that morning. Turns out this was the right car at the right price at the right time. Made the deal, with every issue we wanted taken care of completely addressed over the next few days. In this process, we met Tom's sales manager, Beto, and I'm sure he had a bit to do with making sure we continue to be extremely pleased Royal KIA customers. Stop by, ask for Tom, and you too may be lucky enough to "Smell the Roses".

Very satisfied and helpful, no pressure in buying process.

Mr Bjork was very helpful in the selection and buying process. He must have been a Boy Scout in his youth, he followed the Scout Law.
