Awesome salesmen

Went to purchase a new family vechicle ...My Wife and i had a awesome saleman named Tom Rice!! He went above and beyond to help ud find the perfect car and at a great price !! This is our 2nd Car from Royal Kia and best believe wont be the last!! Thank you Tom for being so patient with us we do appreciate it!!!

I now know what the car buying process should be.

We were looking for Price, Quality, and Service. Jamie Pugh, Jesus Camargo and Scott Chambers provided a fourth element making this a great experience... Integrity. They focused on what we wanted. They listened and provided all the information we needed without disparaging their competition or pressuring us in any way. In the end a fair trade in and price provided all we needed to make the decision easy.

Great experience

My experience at Royal kia was great. Jesús csmargo helped me a lot on the process of getting my firt car. The process was fast and easy. The price is great. Thank you Royal kia and Jesús for the great experience and for helping me have the car that i want and love.

Tom Rice consummate professional

I’ve bought three vehicles from this dealership two of them from Tom. The process went smooth and all my questions were answered. All aspects of the sales process were conducted just the way I like to be treated.

Everett made the process painless!

Dealing with a car dealership can be as painful as going to the dentist. This was the 4th dealership that we visited and we had an amazing experience working with Everett Griggs. Everett was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our needs. He approached us with a demeanor that was respectful and courteous. He listened to our needs, asked clarifying questions and provided us with options based on our needs and our budget. He did not try to steer us to what we did not want or did not need. Through multiple test drives of vehicles, he patiently answered our questions and never appeared to be in a rush. When we finally made our decision, he guided us through the purchasing process with the same smile and winning personality five hours later. When we left, we had an unfinished item that needed to be resolved regarding the code to manually unlock our vehicle. He provided us with the answer within 24 hours. My wife and I would definitely recommend him again. I'm not sure if all of the sales persons at Royal Kia are on the same par as Everett - if they are, anybody looking to purchase a vehicle will be in very capable hands. Thank you Everett and God bless brother!

Everett is Awesome!

I had a great experience buying a truck from Everett Griggs. I am a busy, working mom of 3 and I was dreading the “process” of buying a new car. Everett made it so easy and effortless! He even drove some of the trucks I was interested in to my work so I could test drive them. He kept me realistic about my needs vs. my wants, he’s hilarious and he will probably show you his dance moves if you ask! When I came to pick up my truck he had it clean, a bow on top, and he presented me with a dozen gorgeous red roses. Everett Griggs will be my car guy for life-no need to mess with the rest! Great Experience

The team at Royal Kia was amazing. This was the first car I have ever purchased and they were very patient with me. I went to another dealership that tried to take advantage of add-ins to make me think I was getting a better deal. The team at Royal Kia responded by being transparent, honest and going above and beyond to give me a fair price. They are professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I am very grateful to the great people at Royal for helping me find the perfect vehicle for me and creating such a great environment. Thank you!

Spectacular!

By far the Best experience we've had at a car dealership, Tom Rice was very informative, listened to all our needs and wants and delivered. We appreciate the fact that he was not pushy and provided us all the information we asked for and let us make up our mind, very patient and kind person , we will definitely recommend friends and family to Royal Kia and to ask for Tom.

A Case Study of Retail Excellence

It is increasingly rare to experience true excellence in retail transactions. In our frantic, warp speed world, few take the time to pause and really consider the needs of the customer. Royal Kia is a welcome exception to this rule. My purchase of a new car there went very smoothly, thanks especially to Tom Rice, who listened to me and exhibited friendliness and patience as we sorted through alternatives and arrived at exactly the right car to meet my immediate and future needs. Neither Tom, nor anyone else at the dealership, ever made me feel as if I was being pushed in a particular direction, and no one gave the impression that there selling a car was more important than my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Royal Kia — and Tom — to any of my friends who asked whether that is a good place to do business. I strongly suspect that in the not-too-distant future, my wife and I will be purchasing another car from Royal Kia.

Great Experience Overall

It was a very pleasant experience, I explained my requirements for the car, and he showed me the options, we had a couple of test drives. All well explained, no hidden fees, no pressure. The manager could give me the discount and the conditions I wanted. I do recommend.
