Royal Kia Tucson

We were in the market for a Kia Sedona eight passenger minivan, either silver or red. We came to Royal Kia and were met by Brandon Thornberry. He was not at all pushy, he was very professional and amazingly helpful. The eight passenger Sedona that was on the lot was sold, but Brandon and one of his managers went to work for us very quickly. They found an eight passenger, low mileage, 2015 Kia Sedona in Texas, bought it, and had it shipped! It was truly a royal experience, Brandon treated us like royalty! We are so happy with this silver beauty that will fit our family of five still at home, plus some of their friends or our grandkids. It was a wonderful experience and I can honestly say that Brandon went above the call of duty. He even filled the gas tank before we drove it away on top of every other amazing eye to detail to making us very happy customers! The entire staff seemed kind and attentive. Melissa is a great salesperson! She is wonderful to work with and a very pleasant individual. I am so greatful for all the hard work and extra steps she took to help me out. I wish I could grow up and be just like her...smiley face.

Melissa Shelley was wonderful to work with! I test drove the vehicle with my two small children. She was so patient with us and kept my son amused with toys. My husband was working that day and she brought the vehicle to his work so he could test drive it. When it came time to sign paperwork, she came out to my husband's work again and drove our trade-in back to the dealership! Amazing customer service all around. Bill Yalen was also very helpful in getting us a great deal.

Juan was a pleasure to work with! I came in with a mission for one car but left with the one I really loved! Both he and Humberto were very understanding about my change of heart and even shared their Memorial Day lunch with my 3 boys, as with my uncertainty the process took longer than I thought it would. I had searched for months for the perfect car for my family and I. As soon as I walked into the dealership, someone was there to offer me help without feeling pushed or pressured into buying. Just bought a new KIA on Memorial day, the difference between my car buying experience now and the one I had 8 years ago with a different dealer was amazing. No hard sell and everything was carefully laid out for me. I was treated with courtesy and it was a very pleasant experience albeit somewhat long, as are all car buying experiences. I believe I got a fair deal and with 0% interest on the loan, I came away more than satisfied. Not only is the car warrantied by the KIA company, but also by Royal when the KIA warranty runs out. And I received a dozen red roses after the purchase was finalized.

Love my new car! Russell was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions; made certain to show me all the features of the two cars I was interested in and so helpful withe decision of the color!

Thought it would take months to find THE car, it usually does. I was indecisive about the style, the color, the amount to spend, new or used. Brandon listened so closely to what I said and even closer to what I didn't say. I gave him a list of things I wanted and didn't want...probably impossible to fill. But fill it he did. He was so patient and understanding. He asked what I wanted more than he suggested, which is exactly what I like in a salesperson. His knowledge of his product is exceptional, his understanding of his clients needs and how to treat them are above excellent. Knowing this would be My car, he directed his conversation mostly to me as the buyer and not my husband, but always including him....which is of the utmost importance to me as the purchaser and driver of this car. I appreciate all that he has done for me. I will be bringing my grandson to see him.
