Courteous fair and honest they make you feel at ease and not pressured. I would recommend this dealership to my friends no question. Louis Orozco my sales consultant was extremely helpful. Very satisfied with my experience.

Infotainment system broken
Poor customer service.. Unwilling to take any extra steps to diagnose problem with my vehicle that was purchased new from the GMC dealership owned by same company across the highway. GMC dealership had no immediate available appointments so they suggested going to cadillac dealer they own also. Vehicle retirned not fixed and I waited 20 minutes for them to retrieve my car from parking lot.

Great experience like always. Advisors are very knowledgeable, prices are competitive to other shops, love the fat that they are very honest and are not trying to sell you other services that you don't need.

Wonderful service
I had a problem with my car when I started it in on a Saturday early afternoon. I just drove over to Cadillac of Mahwah Service and they took the car right away and even changed the oil since it was due. Couldn't ask for better service.
