We were treated very well, both professionally and courteously. Our salesman, Kevin Suchora, explained everything about our financial purchase as well as the operation of the vehicle. He was extremely helpful and has a great sense of humor.

All of the staff are really personable, our salesman Kyle

All of the staff are really personable, our salesman Kyle was very knowledgeable about all of the different models and helped make the right choice for our family's needs. Will definitely be back when we need to purchase our next vehicle.

I have been a Boardman Subaru customer since 2009, just purchased my second Forester. My daughter drove up here from Columbus to purchase her first Forester last year because of the way they treat you - with kindness, respect, and no pressure. Feeling validated and respected when you are car buying is important and difficult to find when you are a single woman. The entire team is polite, easy to talk to, and very thorough in their jobs. Everyone greets you with a cheerful hello and a smile - even if they don't know you. Sales and service areas are are clean, bright, and they are all about making sure you are comfortable. My sales rep, Nate, was the BEST! A lot of changes in 16 years, so he did a lot of explaining. Nate listened to my wish list of colors and options, offered to search for the exact car I wanted, provided me with timelines of arrival, and then offered to show me a car they had on the lot with all of my choices except my top three colors. I am so glad he did! Had not considered a red car, didn't want one, but the Crimson was indeed a beautiful wine color and I was impressed with it. I like it more and more every day that I look at it - all thanks to Nate. Closing the deal could not have been easier. Overall, service before, during, and after the sale are critical - and Boardman Subaru delivers. I have referred many of my friends here, and will continue to do so. Kudos to Rob Fellman for creating and maintaining a top notch organization!

We couldn’t have had a better experience than we had at

We couldn’t have had a better experience than we had at Boardman Subaru! From beginning to end, it was a great experience. Our salesman, Ryan Kay, was amazing!! He greeted us with a smile after our arrival, listened to what we were interested in, and was very thorough in explaining everything we wanted to know. We purchased a new Forester Premium, and couldn’t be happier. Although we had to wait a while for its arrival, Ryan let us know as soon as it arrived at the dealership. He very efficiently explained all of the features and operations of our new Forester when we picked it up the next day. Ryan was outstanding at his job, as well as every other staff member we encountered at Boardman Subaru! We will definitely recommend them to all of our family and friends. They definitely deserve a 5 star review!!

Absolutely the most horrible shady experience from

Absolutely the most horrible shady experience from beginning to end. Dishonest and willing to lie about anything to get their greedy hands in your pocket. Please be smarter than I was and buy from someone else. Now I have to submit a complaint to the Attorney General for multiple fraudulent actions.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and professional

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and professional in every way. All my questions were answered. There wasn’t any pressure applied to get a sale which was most enjoyable in buying a car. All in all it was an enjoyable experience.
