I had a great buying experience with the team at Lithia Dodge of Twin Falls. Can’t say enough about Issy Diaz and his knowledge in vehicles. Of course, he couldn’t make it happen without Jeff, the sales manager. Working within a budget, they were easy to work with, and I had a great buying experience. Would recommend those guys to anyone shopping around for a ride.

Just Amazing

my experience was amazing. Johnny was such a huge help to us. so friendly and willing to go that extra mile to get us into a new vehicle. i would definitely recommend Lithia dodge of Twin falls id.

I bought a 2015 Chevy Traverse in June, and while it was quick and easy, when I got on the highway headed home it immediately started having problems so I took it back and they'd take care of it. But when they delivered it it still had the problem. I had an extended warranty, that saved me. But it didn't cover all of the repairs needed. I called the dealership and because of my troubles they paid for everything my extended warranty wouldn't. I won't give 5 stars because my car wasn't nearly up to par, but they did end up making sure I was taken care of.

I just had my Jeep Wrangler serviced at Lithia Jeep and the service was outstanding. Service writers very friendly and very professional. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Lithia Jeep in Twin Falls to service your vehicle. I have become a loyal customer thanks to the great guys in the service department.

Fast, friendly, clean waiting room, good job explaining what was found on the inspection. I routinely get my oul changed here and am always impressed with the speed with which they can get it done and the thoroughness of the inspection. Thank you!
