Great service and very kind.

Great service and very kind. Joseph was very attentive and wanted to make sure we were happy with my new Ford Maverick. He is still checking in with me after the sale to make sure we are happy with my vehicle. I am 60, this is my first Ford, it will not be my last.

On Tuesday, April 39, 2024 I brought my 2020 Ford

On Tuesday, April 39, 2024 I brought my 2020 Ford Explorer in for CV Axle warranty work. I went straight to Nico as I have had him help me on previous occasions. Too my great appreciation, he gave me the Best Service again. My problem was that I was leaving for out of town the next Monday and I needed the work completed by then. He got right on it, did the paperwork, ushered it through the Warranty process and he had me all fixed up and ready at Noon on Friday, May 3rd. It is nice to have a Service Representative like Nico to help your customers out. Ron Welte
