Phenomenal!

I'll admit when I first read the reviews I was not even remotely interested in checking this place out, but luckily my wife nudged me to go and I was honestly confused on how this place had so many negative reviews! I called and nobody answered but was returned with a phone call in 5 mins and the person I talked to have me a great deal of info on the car I was inquireing about! I walked in and the salesman chance greeted us with open arms. My wife and I ended up also interested in another vehicle we found there and chance gave us a full detail of info on the pros and cons of each and it was so deeply helpful as I am not very mechanically inclined, but he told us everything we should possibly know and never was made us feel pressured to buy! He also was willing to negotiate on a price that was most satisfactory for me at least and I think this was the most pleasant car transactions I have ever had! People give these guys a shot I was skeptical too but these guys rock!!!!

Get on the lot

All the reviews talk about dealer not getting back to online inquiries. A small lot does not necessarily have the manpower to respond to emails all day. I stopped by this afternoon. I was not approached right away but in my experience I do not want a salesperson hovering over me. When I talked to the co-owner he was very helpful and it was obvious he was a hard worker. Have a call back coming to me on a particular vehicle this week. Ill keep you posted.

Incorrect phone number on Cars.com

I read the other reviews and was concerned about this dealer. However, I reached out to them anyway to look into the availability of a car I was interested in. I called the number listed on cars.com and was told the number was no longer in service. I proceeded to check New to You's website, and discovered that the phone number listed there does not match the one here. When I called, they answered right away and were very personable and helpful. The car that I was looking at had a feature I didn't want, so I didn't go to the facility to test drive, but they were very helpful over the phone.

Falsely advertised vehicle

For starters, the car I went to test drive was described on their site with many more options than it actually had. That didn't really bother me but worth mentioning. My main issue with New To You Auto was the fact that the car I was looking at had a small leak in one of the fuel lines as well as an empty master cylinder. When I mentioned this to the sales person they seemed to not care but said they would have it looked at. They allowed me to test drive it anyway, which I thought was a bad idea on their part considering it might not be able to stop, but it did stop with the pedal to the floor. Anyway, I briefly and carefully drove it around, not wanting to put the brakes to the test. When I came back a couple days later the master cylinder was still empty and the fuel line was still leaking. The salesperson said it had been inspected and left it at that. Whatever, I can bleed the brakes and add brake fluid and fix a fuel line. When I expressed interest in buying the vehicle they did not seem motivated at all to sell it and wouldn't budge on price whatsoever even though it wasn't fit for the road. Overall, I felt like they didn't care whether they sold me a car or not and so I won't be buying one from them. If you do go look at a car at this dealership make sure to have someone who knows what they're looking for give it a once over. Good luck. Oh, I also asked to see a car fax and they said they would email it to me. They never did.

Amazing customer service!

I wanted to add to my last review because I am super happy with my car and the customer service! I was rushed to pick it up, and they worked extra hard to accommodate me, and did it all happily! I am a woman, and it is typically very frustrating for me to car shop, but this experience was amazing! I would buy from them again in a heart beat!!!

Very positive experience,

I was contacted the same day I left a message. The salesmen were friendly. Prior to purchase, I took the vehicle to be checked out by a mechanic. All looked good except it needed tires. I mentioned that to the salesman and he, without hesitation, offered to take care of them for me. Price was right!

Horrible service-don't bother contacting.

Never got a response. Emailed several times and tried to contact by phone. Very disappointing.
