If you are going to get any Subaru, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Total Scammers! include sales person, Floor Manager, and General Manager. These scammers lure their customers with proposal signed by their manager for down payment and monthly payment for the car you agreed, but when you go to there to pick up the car they actually give you different proposal with much higher monthly payment and say there were confusions on the first proposal. I have leased 7 different cars from Honda, Subaru, BMW and Tesla. This was the WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER. I did not expect the authorized Subaru dealer can actually scam you.

They rip me off i sold them 3 weeks ago my Hyundai palisade 2022 and till now they didn't pay my car loans and they didn't give me my check 33000 and they refused to give me my car back and they stop answering my call or text messages. What can I do

My overall experience is very good. The facilities clearly indicate that the dealer is very trustworthy with division of labor in all departments of business. The employees are very polite. They know what they are doing. They attempt to give me explanation so as to make me understand. The efficiency of the technicians of the service department has cut down our waiting time to a minimum.

Service was quite fast when I brought my car in for something I thought would take a few hours. They had it done in about 1 hour and I was quite pleased.
