Ewald - what an experience! This review is for a visit that was awhile ago. I forgot about Ewald until it was brought up so I thought I'd leave them this review. I had an appointment with a friendly salesman (I don't recall his name). I made it very clear that I was taking off work to make this appointment with him and I have a crazy tight schedule as a business owner. I arrive at Ewald for my appointment and ask for my sales guy. He's not around. Off to a good start. I ask the receptionist to find him. I tell the receptionist If he took another customer and doesn't show up in 5 minutes I'm leaving. So up meanders who I assume is manager of some sort. He tells the receptionist, within my earshot, "Tell 'So-and-So' some *PROFANITY* is here to see him." I kid you not! Yep, I'm an *expletive* for making an appointment and expecting my time to be respected. Long story short the fake tough guy manager comment convinced me to purchase my fleet work vehicles elsewhere. They get one star because the salesman was nice enough and did show up after a few minutes. You guys should really consider getting your fake tough guy manager some training or get rid of him. If he did it to me, he did it to other prospects.

I'm a long time customer of Ewald and I must say the service is really outstanding. Two thumbs to Roy Visor,my salesman,who did everything he was allowed to do to see it that I was satisfied and took home my new 2020 Grand Cherokee,so again Roy Visor, thank you for for the professionalism,the outstanding service,and the hospitality. Ewald will stay atop of this business with you as a salesman.

Brandon Busse, Lonnie Peterson, & Alexa. These three are...
Brandon Busse, Lonnie Peterson, & Alexa. These three are the most helpful people and made my year. I had the most awful experience with a 08' Nissan rouge. After 10,000 miles of owning it the transmission went. Though the used car manager was not helpful about the situation. The GM Brandon Busse did the best he could to remedy the situation. He offered me a trade in for the inconvenience, which was a huge sigh of relief. Thank you Brandon Busse, Lonnie Peterson (sales man), and Alexa (manager). You were a ray of sunshine and I will miss Lonnie and Alexa.

I bought a LEMON Nissan 08' rouge. I made the complaint...
I bought a LEMON Nissan 08' rouge. I made the complaint to Ewald who would not help me. I have had the car for a little over a year 86,000 miles and I have not even put 10,000 miles on it. The transmission failed with an internal computer problem costing $3,800 - $4,800 to fix for a $8,000 car which they claim was a sound vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle, the sales man kept taking me to higher prices suv's which my husband noticed, the entire front end were junk yard parts, they claimed it not to be true, however parts of the vehicle were in the suv on the front passenger floor. I was then showed an 08' nissan full package rouge with a slight oil leak. The vehicle was on the lot priced to sell. However, their system said the vehicle was sold. (I should have seen the red flags and left) They had the keys so they sold it to me. When I called about my lemon, the manager told me it was sold as is and parts break. The GM contacted me after making online complaints saying he would like to remedy the situation which was a big screw you to me. Attached to this is the email he sent to me with his ridiculous offer. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THESE THIEVES‼

It was a breeze!
Working with Roy was a breeze. Needed to get my deal done before going out of town and was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Roy is very knowledgeable and strives to make sure you have a great experience as a customer. Thank You Roy! Ryan in finance was excellent as well. Made the paperwork signing take no time at all, and helped me get the best rate possible. Very pleased with the vehicle and experience I had.

Best experience
I purchased a 2014 Mustang GT from Roy Visor and it was beyond an amazing experience. We came a little late and he was able to get us out the door the same night with our new Stang! We can’t thank Roy, Andy, and Ryan more for our great experience and our new GT! If we could give them a 10 star we would. Highly recommend!
