Friendly Ford in Geneva NY. The 2017 Explorer XLT is a fine truck. The dealership was a pain. I needed to go back 6 times to resolve issues. It's a 100 mi round trip. They topped off the fuel three times. I'm beginning to realize the many things this Ford dealer basically neglected. They delivered Dorothy Wed Dec 23 w/o floor mats, no detailing, dirty engine compartment, navigation still has original owners address and destinations, radio with first owner presets including SiriusXM, they left all the original owner's information, AC blowing pieces of leaves, I wonder if it needs new cabin filter, debris in most every storage place, gum stuck in drivers door bin, the exterior was washed and windows are clean only on the outside. That's the best they could do? Backup camera washer broken, driver's door speaker broken, door weatherstrip cracked, unresolved call backs like sharp edges on driver's seat track, they never even checked the overhead console for the left behind readers glasses. Then I discovered a chip in the windshield under warranty, but they have refused to replace it.

This is the only place I'm taking my car
I had problems with my air conditioner. I took my car to two other places to have it fixed, they were unable to figure out what was wrong with my air conditioner. I took my car to Friendly Ford in Geneva NY. I highly recommend Friendly Ford Geneva Service and dealer, they do live up to their name, "Friendly" ,they bent over backward to find out the problem. If I lived out of state I would travel here to get my car worked on. They are honest, and know what they are doing, They figured out the problem with my husbands car as well. When it was thought to have transmission problems they immediately found it was in the driveshaft. I am giving them 10 stars 5 is not enough for these people.

Horrible Service!
I had bought a 2017 ford edge and it had what we believed transmission problems. So we made appointments they said they couldnt find anything wrong. We live in the southern tier and have mountains if a car can't go up a mountain without wanting to Stoll and chug. Then there's something wrong! They said since we weren't satisfied they would buy the car back. Then I got a 2018 Nissan they said they would have it serviced and would fix the struts for us before we took it home. About 3 weeks after getting it home the struts were grinding again so we made an appointment to have them fixed. After sitting there for about 2 hours we saw them spraying the top of the struts down with pv blaster. Then came and said they didn't here or feel anything wrong! We complained and said that wouldn't fix problem! Then said they ordered the struts and call us when they got them in, it's been almost 3 weeks and haven't heard from them! Now the change oil light came on so that proofed they didn't service the car! Even though my husband isn't a mechanic he's done enough work on vehicles to know if an oil filter hasn't been changed in a long time! We've given up on them so with this issue or any other issues we'll be going to a Nissan dealer! The funny thing is about an hour after I posted this I received a phone call from them to make an appointment at 10:30 on Wednesday. Well we are here again got here a little early and it's now 12:40 and still haven't started working on it do to having to run to Canandaigua for the parts after they supposedly ordered them 4 weeks ago. They told my husband we can leave to car and we can take a loner van home. They would bring our car to us in a couple of days.
