Just bought my new shelby F150. This is my third Shelby F150 and I finally matched the colors up with my 2022 GT500. The customer service experience is 2nd to NONE!!! My salesman Brandon has been my guy for many years now. He always ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me . Literally have never worked with anyone better. You want a Shelby?? You call Friendly Ford and ask for Brandon. I promise he will take great care of you!!! Great job my friend!! Much appreciate you !!!

My wife an I have bought 3 vehicles from Friendly Ford . The first 2 went flawless. We negotiated over the phone a they were delivered to our home. This last one not so much, Brandon was not very professional, on the phone an was disrespectful to my wife. There were a few flaws with is one an we were told they’d get right on it. It took over a month to get it in, all the issues were attended to but my mirror ended up with scratches on, a they use to detail your vehicle mine came back not, I made sure the loaner I given went back as clean as possible. I’m unfortunately not as happy with this buy. I won’t use Brandon in sales for my next vehicle, if we decide to buy from there again.

Stopped in on Wednesday as I wanted to test drive a Maverick. The one I was looking for had been sold, but Joe found a similar one on the lot. Loved it so much I started the process to purchase. Love the color and interior color (not black) as well. We picked the vehicle up on Friday. Dealership was extremely pleasant to deal with. Haven’t had this kind of experience in a long time. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle.

Went in on Friday, looking for a Maverick.
Went in on Friday, looking for a Maverick. I was disappointed that none were available in my price range. Brandon Forjone made notes of my wishlist, and I went home to resume my search elsewhere. Monday, Brandon called me, with an in-stock truck that checked every box on my list! Easy to work with, excellent customer service, and a great attitude. If every person on the sales staff is as awesome as Brandon, it’s no wonder they call themselves Friendly Ford. I’d give him more than 5 stars if I could!

Buying a car often comes with a great deal of
Buying a car often comes with a great deal of uncertainty. But Nick was a tremendous help in finding the perfect vehicle for me. He was knowledgeable, funny, and very easy to talk to. Buying a car in the past has been an anxiety-inducing endeavor, but when I talked to Nick it was the exact opposite. If in the future I'm ever looking for a new vehicle I'll be calling ahead of time to make sure Nick is there before I show up!

I bought truck almost 3 years ago off Nick Bassett. I also purchased a maintenance package for my truck and every time I have an oil change or clean that I’m personally paying for Nick comes and gets my truck and takes it in for me when I don’t have time. Nick is the best salesman and neighbor that a girl could ask for thank you Nick for all your dedication and commitment to selling me this truck. Nick is friendly, personable, relaxed and all around a nice guy. When I’m ready for a bigger truck I am definitely looking him up😄
