Noticed a truck online that was at Friendly Ford in Geneva. Reached out via email and was called within minutes to answer any questions I had about the truck. Went there the next day and the truck was ready to go for a test drive. Made a deal and next thing you know there was a new truck in my driveway. I have not bought a vehicle from any dealer in years and they made the process very easy. Brandon, Mike and Phil were great to work with and they made the buying process very easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for new or used.

I inquired about 2 vehicles online.

I inquired about 2 vehicles online. After being hounded by phone, text and email I finally got time to make an appointment to come look at them. When I arrived there 1 vehicle couldn't be found and no salesman knew about the appointment. After a very long wait we did a test drive of a vehicle with a very dirty interior which is surprising since you expect a car listed for sale to be cleaned. Upon completing looking at vehicles the salesman valued my trade and input the wrong info about my car. They made me wait nearly a half hour only to offer me less than half of what other dealers had offered but stood by their flawed estimate. After leaving they never followed up with me and I'm led to believe they really don't care about their used vehicle customers and are focused on new vehicle sales only. The vehicles were nice and I would have purchased them but was forced to shop elsewhere. I would advise people to only consider Friendly Ford for new vehicle purchases or they may be treated similarly.

I bought a used Ford Explorer from Friendly Ford in Geneva. For one, it is in superb condition, but the whole team at Friendly Ford goes above and beyond for their customers! From the second I got out of my car, the receptionist was nice and held the door and was asking who I was in to see! We all know the stigma of dealerships, but Brandon Forjone and the Friendly Ford team made the process quick and painless. From test driving different cars to making sure I got the one I really wanted, to being on top of paperwork and having great communication skills and being quick with replies with any questions I had. Phil Wheeler made the dread of signing paperwork a breeze! It felt like I was in there for a minute! Jeff McKee leads a super strong team out there and I highly recommend if you’re looking for new or used to just stop in and take a look! Cheers to you all at Friendly Ford, my Explorer is fantastic and I’ll see you all when I need another vehicle! Happy Holidays!

Great job by Brandon Warne and Friendly Ford helping me get into a F-150. They were able to work with me and help me find the right truck that fits my budget and current needs which is very hard to do in these times!

Exceptional Experience at Friendly Ford in Geneva

My experience at Friendly Ford in Geneva was more than exceptional and wonderful! Before purchasing my used 2020 CR-V a few days ago from Friendly Ford, my father and I were searching for vehicles for the both of us and at multiple dealerships. We ran into the "typical cringe" car salesmen at other dealerships and knew that they only had one objective... to sell. Walking into Friendly Ford in Geneva was the exact opposite and pleasant experience from the first phone call. Before our visit, I spoke with Nickalis and planned a time to drive out to meet with him and his team. When I first walked into the display room, everyone was super welcoming and friendly (I could tell that they were real humans, with real empathy). I met with Nick and test drove my CR-V, and bought it on the spot. Knowing that this was my first time buying an SUV and my first "adult car", I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. However, the fact that Nick, Phil, and I, sat there and made sure they went over everything and took their time with me, I felt at ease and had zero anxiety. The overall process was what I needed for the first time car buying. I arrived at the showroom around 12:30 and left around 4:PM. During this time waiting, signing papers, and simply talking, Nick, Phil, and his team made sure my dad and I were taken care of. We were given snacks and beverages, while we talked about sports, our daily lives, cars, and family. Overall, I couldn't recommend Friendly Ford in Geneva enough! The entire team made my experience stress free, easy, and they made us feel at home. The next time you are looking for a car, I highly recommend buying your car from them. They were amazing that even my dad went back a week later and bought his new Highlander!
