Terrible dealership.

Terrible dealership. I would write 0 stars if I could. This dealership has a lack of customer service, unorganized work area, lack of leadership and literally every bad trait you can think of. I went in first day offered me 400 lease 5k down on a 72 month finance. Next, the head manager comes out and tells use that because one of his mangers said that to us, it was no longer his problem. He then proceeds to borderline yells at us that our prices our unreasonable ( prices his own employees gave us) and offer us 480 FOR THE SAME 72 MONTH 5K DOWN FINANCE LOLL

WORST DEALER EVER!

WORST DEALER EVER!!! go to another one Salespeople are very deceiving and won't tell you the truth. The service department is very bureaucratic and, although there are good mechanics, the service sucks. One of the top managers, Maynor, lies way too much.

Absolutely horrible experience.

Absolutely horrible experience. After I paid for my car , as I go to drive off I was told that one of the doors is broken and the car will not lock with the key fob. I was then told I have to bring the car back (I live over 40 mins away each way) to get it fixed. Acouple weeks later I called and asked for the latest appointment because I have to come after work and was told to come at 530pm and received a text confirming my 5:30 appointment. As I show up for my appointment (40 min drive each way) I was told its impossible to fix my car that late because the service department closes at 6 and I have to leave it overnight or come back. I couldn't leave the car because it's my only way of getting home so I had to wait acouple more weeks to bring the car in the morning. After I brought the car back i left it overnight and came to pick it up at the end of the next day and it had 2 dents in it that were not there when I dropped it off. I called the next day to report what happened and was told to talk to the manager of service. Since I had to come back anyway to get a part installed I spoke to him next time I was there in person and showed him the dents and was told that it clearly looks like someone sat on the hood and it would get taken care of and he would he calling me with next steps. No call ever came.
