i bought a car from this dealership it did need some minor repairs right awawy which they fixed i did have a major promblem with this auto which they fixed 50 percent then offered to split the other 50 percent with me i said no i will just bring it to my own repair shop this was the end result of going back 3 or 4 times to have the promblem corrected like this additionial 200 dollars was going to break the bank as i paid top dollar for my car. i dont belive they really go over their cars before they sell them .they clean them if you are lucky and hope you dont bother them if there is a promblem.Also you better not miss a payment with their finance company otherwise the tow truck will be there in a flash .to sum all this up if you have bad credit save up a couple of thousand get a cheap american car( best value) from a friend or neighbor.dont pay 16- 20 percent and get deeper in the hole and when things get better get a car from a new car dealer even if its used they are much more able to be trusted you will pay more but it is worth it

I was in the market for a 5 series BMW, so like the rest of the world, I logged onto cars.com. I did a search of 100 miles and filtered it from lowest price to highest price. The first place that popped up was Auto Connection, first thought that popped up in my head was BS, there was no way possible they would sell the car for that price. They disclosed the price with an add'l fee of $695, but I could pay for the car which ever way I chose. I saw and called other dealers with prices higher and was told I must finance to get the internet price. I called Auto Connection and spoke with the salesman Ben, he told me everything about the car and confirmed the price with the add'l fee. I gave him a credit card deposit over the phone and picked up the car the following day. Its been 2 months now and couldn't be happier. I have referred a few people since then, and all the same outcome. Great place.. Low pressure sale with honest people, which is tough to come by in the used car business. I also just heard they were getting a reality TV show deal... I wish them the best of luck.

Went to this dealer having really bad credit I never thought that I would ever get the deal that this place has given me. I'm so happy with my 2009 Honda accord that they sold me it runs like new and was extremely clean. The people are so friendly and they do not push you on anything like a lot of dealers do. I just want to say thank you to EVERYONE at auto connection for your help.

I went to this dealeship, knowing my credit was less than perfect. The whole staff made me feel so welcomed and worked there butts off to get me approved.... and they did just that. I went to a few bigger dealers earlier in the week and once they ran my credit they ran me out the door. I was wanna say thank you to the staff at Auto Connection for working so well to go above and beyond the norm..

I just wanted to say I have been a customer for over 10 years at auto connection. After you buy your first car from them you become family at that time I had horrible credit and very little money down and the owner got me approved which no other dealer was able to with a very good rate and put me into a car that was everything i wanted he went the extra mile for me. I send people to him all the time and they always end up buying from him. Used car dealers have very bad stigmata's of being no good, Well auto connection is one of the best. Ive seen them go the extra mile for all their customers ive been to alot of dealers on Long Island and I can tell you that Ill only buy from Auto Connection.

I have been a customer of Auto Connection for over 10 years. I have found they are the most truth full and helping used car dealership on Long Island they help there customers in everyway. In my years of buying cars I bought 1 car from another dealership and 2 weeks later the transmission blew and the other dealer only wanted to fix one part which happened to be the cheapest. In all my years of buying from Auto Connection Ive only had 1 problem with any of the cars I bought which was a accident of my own doing. Well they helped me with a rental car and the insurance company and after everything was done helped me find the replacement car. I recommend them to all my family and friends and they all have bought cars and trucks from them and will only shop with them.

I saw a used vehicle for sale from Auto Connection but price seemed to good so i called to verify the price and sales person Marie confirmed and stated that the vehicle must have been damaged previously. Being that the price was confrimed i went down to check out n decided to purchase. I gave them cash deposit and all forms needed. Later that evening they called and said they were wrong about price so if i didn't want the vehicle being that the price was $9000 more than they advertised and confirmed to come get deposit back that they would have ready for me but being that they were located 35 miles from home i wouldn't make it by the time they closed. So i asked to have check ready (even though i gave cash they couldnt give me cash back) that i would be there first thing monday. I called them monday morning to make sure it was ready and was told by Marie that she put the request in to come by after 3 to pick up. So i went back there to just be told check wasn't done. after complaining they said if i got there a half hour early the office would have been open and they would have been able to have cut the check while i waited. so i was then told to come early today while office was open so i would have no problem. Before going today i called to make sure that some was going to definetley be there to write out check just in case it still wasnt done only to get a whole new excuse why my deposit wasn't ready. Todays new excuse is that their accoutant only comes in on fridays that i would have to wait till then to get my deposit back. each person i spoke with gave me a diffrent excuse. Not one person knows whats going on there and the sales person marie that screwed up and verified price all of sudden said it wouldn't be ready now till friday after telling me to come yesterday after 3pm. after speaking to person in charge Joe he said there is nothing he can do i just have to wait and then when i told him i was going to put in complaint in to DMV dealership dept he said go ahead it will not affect him or dealership his wife works for DMV. So if you see a vehicle you like from there i urge you to be careful and get any all information first because not one person there knows what their doing and 3 diffrent sales reps said the accounting office is open daily but now says only on friday. that means fiancing a vehicle would take longer being that the only person capable of handling that is there once a week and if the car needs certain parts or repairs before inspection is done how can they pay dealers for parts or any parts and supply compaines for mechanical repairs to get inspection done if they can not pay for it. i doubt they have monthly billing accounts with any dealer or anyone for that matter. So be very carefull it seems to me like they like to float around there customers money so if you really like a vehicle there fiance on your own. they sound like those dealers who give you a temp registration for 45 days but you dont recieve for 2months and risk getting tickects for not having a valid registration.. i should have known better being that i worked for the dept of motor vehicles and i used to work for a reapir shop and used car dealership

The owner of this dealership is a nightmare. He is very rude to customers, he couldn't owner a deal after i had spoken to him several times on the phone. He made drove 4 hrs to his dealership only to be insulted with his derogatory remarks. stay away from him
