This place is so attentive to your wants and needs. They put the person first, not the sale! We have returned to this location 3 times after our first purchase and never fails to succeed in helping us and guiding us in our purchase to leave as happy customers!! Highly recommend!! Ask for Bammer!!

My recent visit to Jarrett Gordon Ford in Davenport was intended to be a straightforward purchase of a new vehicle. While there were commendable aspects to the service, particularly from the sales staff, significant issues with management marred the overall experience. **Positives:** - I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Judd, a sales associate at the dealership. His approach was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He went out of his way to accommodate my needs, showing great patience and understanding throughout the process. His demeanor was a breath of fresh air and represented what customer service should be. **Negatives:** - Contrasting sharply with Judd's professionalism was the conduct of the dealership management. During the negotiation phase, I felt increasingly uncomfortable with the aggressive and dismissive attitude presented by the sales manager. The lack of professionalism became particularly evident when I expressed reservations about the financing terms, which were not only steep but stretched uncomfortably over an 84-month period. The manager’s response to my concerns included dismissive remarks such as "I don’t understand why you’re being like this," which was not only inappropriate but also disrespectful. - The pressure tactics employed were intense, and the manager's insistence on closing the deal on their terms rather than creating a mutually agreeable solution was disappointing. It became clear that the management was more interested in meeting quotas than meeting customer needs, which is a significant red flag for any potential buyer. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, prompting me to withdraw from the purchase entirely. While the initial interaction with the sales staff (particularly Judd) was positive, the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of professionalism from the management team. It’s important for potential customers to be aware of this and go into any dealings with the dealership prepared to stand firm on their terms or consider other options where the respect for customers is more uniformly applied across all interactions. From the moment we met our salesman, JT, we knew we made

From the moment we met our salesman, JT, we knew we made the right choice. All aspects of the process was simple and easy and never any pressure to buy what they wanted to sell. It took us about 1 minute to negotiate the deal which included a trade. The paperwork process was simple, easy and quick. At the end of it all we felt like we’ve known JT and the rest of the staff forever. We did visit 10-12 Ford dealers throughout Central Florida, and the Jarrett Gordon experience was a pleasure. Our next purchase will include the Jarrett Gordon Team!

Jarrett-Gordon Ford-Davenport New Vehicle Purchase

Just purchased a new Mustang Mach E and I have to say, the vehicle is everything I had read about and hoped for in a new EV! However, the real ?topper? was the purchase experience at the dealership, which was superb, and could not have been better. Everyone from the salesman, Brandon Deese, the the Sale Mgr, Darryl, and Finance Mgr. Was just ?over-the-top? satisfying. They answered every question and even my ?dumb? ones(lol), with respect and dignity. The dealer principal, Mr. Gordon happened to be present in the dealer that day, and he could not have been more gracious and accommodating?in fact?, he invited myself and my wife to enjoy a nice dealership-provided employee lunch of hotdogs and burgers! Super-happy to have this dealer as my ?hometown? Ford dealership! All-in-all, I would recommend this dealer to all of my friends and family for their next vehicle purchase, new or used!
