Service when travelling from out of state.
We were in the area from out of state for a funeral. The latch on our Sonata quit working and the trunk wouldn't latch closed. Alex at Hyundai of Greeley was the only person who was able to schedule a service appointment for us and get us in immediately. All the other dealers in the area told us it would be 1 to 2 weeks before they could help us. Although Greeley's parts department didn't have the latch in stock, I was able to locate the part at another dealer. That dealer couldn't schedule the service and said they couldn't deliver the part to Greeley. Alex made arrangements to pick up the part and was able to repair our car the same day. Exceptional service and the willingness to go above and beyond to help us during a stressful time will be forever appreciated.
