The consistency in the good customer service. Attentiveness, patience and the willingness to help. I have come in contact with several employees of different intenties of Rohrich. And every last person has been helpful and patient.

Brian, service advisor, was excellent and efficient. He explained what services were performed and took time to discuss my brakes that we concerning me. He even had my vehicle washed without me having to ask.

Customer service is top notch. Actually listening to the customer's wants/needs and working that vehicle into their price range. Added Rohrich advantage, very nice to have "lifetime engine and free oil changes" for the life of the vehicle will save loads of money in the long run

Everything from the helpful and friendly customer service to the speed with which my car was finished. I also trust Rohrich Toyota. The car I brought in was recently given to me, and 20 years old. Another place could have given me a laundry list of problems to fix and I wouldn't have known better, but not Rohrich. I truly appreciate that.
