First - I am not sure if it is correct but #1 on this survey should be five stars. Corrie, the dealer rep was great. He knew about the van, how the... systems worked and was willing to help me find the deal that allowed me to purchase the van from Rohrich. The next four items are based on twelve years of service on my previous Sienna as well as our interactions during my purchase of the new Sienna.

I did not know that the inspection and emissions had expired on my new car when I brought it in for an oil change. The inspection and emission test was... taken care even though it was late in the day and my schedule appointment did not include this service. That is why I continue coming to Rohrich. The best service ever.
