I had a fantastic experience at Pines Ford buying a new

I had a fantastic experience at Pines Ford buying a new truck! Rodolfo, our salesman, was exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent. He listened to my needs, guided me to the perfect truck, and secured a great deal with no pressure. The entire Pines Ford team was professional and efficient, making the process seamless. Rodolfo even followed up post-sale to ensure my satisfaction. Highly recommend Pines Ford and Rodolfo for an outstanding car-buying experience! Five stars!

Outstanding service in every aspect.

Outstanding service in every aspect. Marcos my advisor exceeded my expectations and his customer service skills are second to none and it didn't stop there... the cashier Lizett was extremely courteous, gracious and very helpful. She straightened out any issues I had and even arranged and loaner truck for next week. All in all ir was an extremely positive experience when considering all the negative experiences at other Ford dealerships. Marcos and Lizett "Lizzy" should be commended for the job performance. They've got a customer for life... thank you guys!!!

I researched the 2017 Lexus LS460 that I purchased

I researched the 2017 Lexus LS460 that I purchased through Carfax and seeing it was purchased and serviced its entire time at the Lexus dealership in Pembroke Pines FL. It also had been through a pre inspection service at this dealership and had four tires replaced and four wheel alignment. On December 19 2024 I flew from Greenville SC to Ft. Lauderdale and was picked up by my salesperson. Because I had already made the commitment to purchase and signed paperwork on line I thought this was going to go quick and I could be on my 600 mile trip home. Three hours later they finally finished this process. I left and got on I95 and fought heavy traffic for about 50 miles. I finally could get in the right lane and set the cruise and immediately noticed the car would drift to the right. I thought they hadn’t got the alignment just right. After the holidays I took the car to my dealership and was told that four of the control arms had to be replaced because the bushings were worn so badly it could not be aligned. I was given a written estimate of 2500.00 to do this repair. I was shocked because the odometer shows the car has 62,900. I contacted the salesperson about this and got no response so I wrote a letter to the general manager and enclosed all the paperwork from my dealership and as of today I have received no response. In the meantime the 30 day temp tag they issued me has run out and I haven’t received my permanent tag. I have called many times trying to find out where my tag is only to get a voice mail or hung up on or told they would overnight me a temp tag. At 72 Yrs. of age I have never been treated this badly at a dealership. After paying full retail price, dealer fees, sales taxes, registration, title and tag fees I now have a 30,500.00 investment sitting in my garage that I can’t drive.

Terrible experience with the Joel the Finance Manager and

Terrible experience with the Joel the Finance Manager and Pablo the Pre-Owned Manger. They sold the same car twice, failed to communicate effectively the situation throughout the deal. These people will avoid your calls and lie continuously throughout the process all while making excuses when they finally answer the phone. Find another stealership to work with. If I could give less stars than 1 I would.

I recently had a disappointing experience with customer

I recently had a disappointing experience with customer service, particularly with a representative named Maria. Not only was the service unhelpful, but I also found the pricing to be misleading. The amount I was quoted was significantly higher than what was listed on the website, which felt deceptive. When I reached out to clarify the discrepancy, Maria was dismissive and unresponsive to my concerns. Instead of offering assistance or a solution, she seemed more focused on pushing the higher price without any explanation. This left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Overall, the combination of poor service and misleading pricing has made me hesitant to return. I hope they address these issues in the future.

Do Not Go to Ford Pines Service Department until you read

Do Not Go to Ford Pines Service Department until you read the reviews under their website. If you do request any other service advisor then Mike Rodriguez.. I don't have enough room to speak the true experience on this formun. It's just based off my personal experience last weekend 7/19/2024.

Took my F150 for a recall issue and front light issue.

Took my F150 for a recall issue and front light issue. Truck sat at their location for 5 days and no call back or info as to when it would be repaired. I stopped by and was told that the recall part was not available ,which is fine. But that they did not repair the front light which is a safety issue at night and not balance the tires is just ridiculous. This dealer is not reliable.

I saw an add for a truck online.

I saw an add for a truck online. Looked like good deal. Pictures looked good and title looked good. Add said that truck was Ford certified. I made the deal. I'm from Michigan, so I bought airline ticket and flew down. Salesman picked me up at airport (nice guy). That is where the fun started. Get to dealership and there were 5 dents in the body and bumper that was not disclosed. They told me that the add made a mistake and it was not Ford Certified as advertised. Said there was new tires installed and an alignment was done also (truck only had 30,000 on it). I couldn't back out so, I accepted the dents that were not disclosed. They weren't huge and I could deal with the minor appearance problems. I had to get on the road to drive back to Michigan. After getting up to 55 MPH a distinct vibration started and once to 65 it started getting extreme. At 70 plus it would put your hands to sleep. NEW TIRES NOT BALANCED. Also truck was wondering al over the road. Steering wheel had way to much play. bumps in the highway would almost knock the steering wheel out of my hands it was so extreme. It was like there was no front shocks or they didn't work. I'm old fashion and typically don't wear a seat belt. Truck scared me and I wore my seat belt all the way home. For a dealership to release a vehicle like that without fixing or disclosing the issues is downright dishonest and immoral. I know have the truck into a mechanic to see if he can diagnose the problems that should have been taken care of by PINES Ford. Who knows what the cost will be? If you are looking for a vehicle, stay clear of this dishonest and shameful dealership! I certainly hope this helps people like me that expect honesty and decency!
