6/3/25 I just had my service at Haddad Subaru. The atmosphere is welcoming and service personnel very professional and friendly. They kept me updated on service progress and all in all a very smooth Process. Bonus, Ben and Ally Curley always welcoming when I walk in even a year and a half after purchase. Alley was my sales representative initially (now Sales Manager) and asked how things were going so far as well as asking how my family was. These little touches make a big difference after the sale. Another Bonus one of my customers over the years Scott Schiff is now with the Haddad Subaru Family . Scott and his family were always great to work with and for. Just a great person to do business with. Overall, still loving my Subaru Forester Touring. It definitely was the right selection for my needs

I made an appointment November 16, 2024 for May 14, 2025, for service and inspection! Then I received a notice: on March 13, 2025 Rescheduled Service appointment: May 14, 2025 That is my appointment. I am getting multiple notices from CARFAX. They have become not only a pain, but wrong! I had my car serviced and had an Emissions test! May 17, 2025, I received: "Emissions Inspection Due" Notice. (Emissions Tests-It's the Law) So, now that is wrong! The car has been serviced, and the inspection is done. I am not negligent! I will not trust CARFAX INFORMATION, ever again. I have canceled CARFAX!

The entire sales team at Haddad Suburu is incredible! For starters, the immediate attention that I received when inquiring about the vehicle was beyond what I have ever experienced from any other dealership, and I have dealt with them all. Because I was traveling a significant distance to come in to make the purchase, Evan came in on his day off and made certain that everything went smoothly, and to do all things possible so that I could drive away with the vehicle. Karissa in the finance department was equally impressive and super efficient. Everyone was courteous, attentive and professional beyond compare. The entire dealership runs like a well oiled machine! I can not recommend Haddad Suburu more highly! 5 stars without a doubt!

Much improved Service Team over the years, especially
Much improved Service Team over the years, especially Brandon... However, Sales is/was A Horror Story in the end... I have always purchased Subarus (7) out of town over the last 30 years because Haddad Sales has horrible local reputation... The Service Department as much improved, so I thought I would give them a fresh try this year... Here is the reality of my experience: While sitting in the waiting room for service on my old Subaru, in January, 2025 a salesman offered me an excellent price for a lease "today" on a new 2025 Legacy. I could not make the purchase on that day... When I called back a week later, the Sales manager, Justin, told the price never existed, (though the salesman said it did) and the price was now double. Take it or leave it. Of course Lease prices change month-to-month, but to say the Salesperson never offered me the price, (though the Salesperson acknowledged the earlier price) was a big red flag. And insulting to both of us.. Four months later, with Tariffs looking gloomy, I went to the dealership and leased a 2025 Outback. I paid a deposit and was given a copy of Window Sticker and VIN number. I misplaced the printed sticker copy, but kept a printed copy of the VIN number. At that time, we called for my 10 day buyout on my Trade, which I wrote down on the paper with printed VIN. A few days before the pick up of the car, I was told the VIN number I had been given (and gave to my insurance) no longer existed and was changed to a new VIN and new Outback.. When I called about that, The sales person, said, "Don't worry- It is the Same Car" A week after picking up the car, I noticed the new VIN was very different and I called the Sales Manager Justin for clarification. He then told me he had "No Idea" how I got a printed original VIN number, and he would not honor or explain how that happened. The reality is one of his staff gave it to me. He refused to acknowledge the error and insinuated-- I made it up, somehow had it printed, or God knows what... I forged it, but absolutely refused to acknowledge it was a mistake on Haddad's part. Truth was, I was given the wrong VIN number to begin with and was told falsely it was the same car as the new VIN. All I wanted was accountiblity. I mentioned this incident to several of my client's who went on to say Justin's failure to acknowledge his error- is a well known problem with Haddad. They will rarely admit a mistake. To top it off- On the scheduled pickup, another sales person Scott, (mine went home early) was showing me how to use the electronics and did NOT know several aspects of the car and had to get help after 20 minutes and having told me wrongly to reset all settings, 2x... In fact, he told me the incorrect information several times. I know the Haddad team is doing their best, and Scott was nice enough, but really- to not know how the car works is unprofessional. In addition, I was told by the sales person the car would have a self-dimming rear view mirror (like my old trade-in) and the car has a standard mirror. Again, Justin said, no one ever promised that.. "Do I have it in writing?" No, I do not" Tough luck Buyer beware!

Scott Schiff is friendly, ultra polite, caring, and followed our lead in test driving and selecting a car. He made the tedious process of buying a car enjoyable. He understood my priorities and selected a good match of vehicles. His follow up during and after the buying process was excellent, including referring me to the service manager when my questions became technical. I recommend him and the dealership.
