Great Sales Team - Highly recommended
Had a great car buying experience at Haddad in December 2020 - We are repeat customers and our sales team was outstanding - Our first contact was internet sales Alley Curley , and then in-person was Brandon Giroux. Both of these team members were professional, personable, and provided us with the information and service we needed to complete our car purchase - Haddad offered the best deal of several dealers that we contacted, and made it an easy choice to purchase AGAIN from Haddad in Pittsfield Mass - We drove from New York State to make the deal, as the sales team made it worth the drive!

Upset buyer
First of all I bought this 2019 hyundai tucson when both days it was raining, I did not know there was scratch marks though out the car because the car was wet from rain and I did not see this. Also the most important problem is after reading how the AWD works in this car which is the AWD is active only when it reaches 19 mph then it deactivets after thats. The salesmen did not tell us that! If we new that we would not of bought the car. My wife does not know this yet, I hope she never knows! AWD means its in AWD all the time especially when driving over 19MPH for safety purposes. Very disappointed with the car and the salesmen for not explaining how the AWD works and for the amount of scratches for a car being only one year old

My car has been gone over a month for a paint job
Not once have I been updated on my car it also has been there twice as long as it was meant to be and they still won’t update me on the progress.

beware of brake light switch recall repairs
installation of brake light switch (due to recall) caused my 2017 Cross Trek to stall out in traffic a few miles from dealership. blue smoke poured out from under hood and the smell of melting plastic permeated the inside of car. had to be towed back to Haddads where I was told the switch was not adjusted properly upon installation .Why not? no excuse for shoddy service. no wonder I did not get a customer satisfaction survey. Never going back there again for sales or service.
