Bad experience!

Bad experience!!! Don?t feel that I should had to pay $206.00 for a faulty tire, the tires came with the vehicle when I purchased it brand new.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They tell you no car leaves the lot not safe

Bought 2 used cars A Trax and another car. Trax dead battery when they pulled it around for me to drive home. Other BAD TIRES

New SUV purchase

We had not purchased a new vehicle for 23 years. Matt L. Was very helpful in helping us find an SUV to fit our needs and also helped us with the new technology. He searched for the best price too.

Service Department at Apple Chevrolet was awful

Brought my car in for overheating. They said it was a coolant hose that had a tiny tiny hole. Spent $600. Three weeks later it started happening again. I called spoke to Emily and she was completely unaccommodating. I explained my car was just in for the same problem. Also that I need an appointment asap since I need my car and I was afraid to drive it. Plus it should have been fixed the first time. She never offered a courtesy car, nor did she get me a closer appointment besides in a week. Unacceptable! My car was just there. I even had the mechanic double check everything to make sure my car was good for the summer. I expected better since every time I?m there I speak with a salesman about my options on buying a new car. I finally get my car in and I was told that it was the thermostat. Why was that not found the first time? As a woman my first thing that came to mind was WOW that took me! There was nothing wrong with the hose. I completely think that still. The thermostat was $1300!!! They had my car overnight. I spent $250 on Lyfts and Ubers because of this. I?m so upset about this.

I really appreciate the service that I received from this dealership and mostly my sales consultant who is Bryan Rodriguez I was in the showroom yesterday Monday November 14th and the customer service from Bryan was Superior and outstanding I hope that he be recognized as the Employee of the month I would rate him 10 stars ✨ Bryan again I would like to Thank You again

Bait and switch

Went online Scenic car I liked they called me 3 days in a row today called me at work asked me when I can come in I asked him is the car still available yes yes yes I get there they tell me the car's been spoken for who did you talk to this is the second time they pulled this last time I went down the street and bought a car at their competitor the guy sits down next to me shows me a car saying you came in for a new car but we'll sell you a used car that cost more than the new car so they cost me money leaving work early tried to bait and switch you two times in a row now not a very good practice for a car dealership as far as I'm concerned they're shysters and if they want to dispute this I had the person on speakerphone and four people heard her say it was available
