Mark Ogden is a true sales professional. He knows the Subaru products inside and out. He actually made the car buying experience fun. It was my first time sitting in a Subaru and I quickly joined the club. The whole staff was attentive and even the other salespeople went out of their way for me. It’s clearly a business that treats their employees well. The credit manager, Ovidio, was excellent too. This Jacksonville, Florida car dealership is worth the trip if you don’t live in the area. There were no surprises and none of the wild add-on fees that many large dealerships are charging these days. Congratulations to the Porter family and Mr. Kane for running a top notch dealership!
