Very professional and accomodating.

Normally I would rather sit for a root canal than visit a car dealership but our salesman, Nando DiPasquate, made it a very pleasant, no hassle experience as did AJ Miller, who processed our payment and did all the license, tax, title paperwork. The only issue was that we were there on the last Saturday of the year, probably their busiest day, and ended up waiting in line nearly two hours to pay cash for our car. We didn't know it was their busiest day of the season but management did and should have arranged extra finance/ cashier staff or at least an expedited line for people with cash in hand. Despite that little hitch we would still highly recommend this dealership and the staff we worked with. We'll definitly be back the next time were looking for a car, maybe just not the last Saturday of the year.

Srvice experience and i asked a salespeson when a new SUV wo

The service is the best n Jacksonville. This is our third trip and when the new SUV come out I will be buying one. the sales person walking buy directed me to the man that sold the first car. he did not blink and eye about helping us and not trying to make the sale

Friendly, helpful and easy to work with

All people that we dealt with were friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Answered all questions and helped us with our trade. Love my new Subaru Outback.

Awesome Experience

David was not your typical pushy car salesman. The entire process was done at our pace. Mike was absolutely amazing with our bank and made sure that we the customer was being taken care of. By far, the best car buying experience I've had.

Easiest Car Buying Experience

My wife and I went to look at a new Subaru on New Year's Day. Our sales rep worked with us and found us a really great deal. He took the time to ask what we wanted and showed us vehicles in our price range. We ended up buying a new Subaru Outback. No regrets.

SERVICE UNMATCHED!!!

I recently moved to the area from Vermont. I had my tires rotated at another location, and it brought up possible issues with my CrossTrek. As it turns out, my car had substantial deterioration issues with the undercarriage, brakes, and bearings. Thanks to Steven for working so well with me, making sure I knew what was happening, and preparing me for the cost. Thanks also for making sure I got the most out of my extended warranty. Not only was the work excellent, but Steven also set me up with Enterprise rental when I had to be out of town for a family emergency. Seriously, I have never experienced customer service at this level. I know now where I will be purchasing my next Subaru and no more visiting other shops for routine maintenance!

Great experience at Subaru of Jacksonville

The folks at Subaru of Jacksonville were great to work with. Josh, my sales associate was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond when he delivered my 2018 Forester to my door- in Tallahassee! The finance manger was also helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville for your next vehicle.

Exceeded my expectations!

I visited all the major dealers in Jacksonville that sell better quality SUV's and Crossovers. Those were courteous but none measured up to Subaru of Jacksonville. Nando DiPasquale greeted us and listened to what I wanted and how time was important to me. He took us to the Subaru Outback 50th Anniversary limited production vehicle that had everything I wanted and more, and we took a quick test drive. When we worked on price Nando and the Sales Manager were willing to be both flexible and fair and made the transaction more pleasant than all the other brand dealers I dealt with this week. Before we drove home Juan Hernandez gave me a great introductory education in the many extraordinary features on this high class vehicle, and an invitation to come back for more lessons to learn how to use the many other great features. And A. J. Miller worked through his meal times to get our paperwork completed so we could meet our schedule and show off our new ride!
