Fixed my issue

I had an issue with my car I bought from them. I called them up and they told me to drop it off. They ended up calling me the next day and telling me the issue. It took them a couple days to get the parts but ultimately they took care of it and didn’t charge me anything. I am very happy with the way I was treated here.

After weeks shopping at local Denver dealers, we were getting no where near purchasing a vehicle; mostly due to low inventory, but we finally found Booth Motors LLC. Their inventory was absolutely amazing! The process was very transparent. We ended up getting a killer deal on used/new truck.

Just do your research on them first

Read the bad reviews and notice how many of them relate to the same specific issues. 1. Ghosting. 2. Selling broken cars that are temporarily fixed enough to drive it off the lot so they can hit you with "not our problem once it's off the lot" or "was it running when you left". 3. Undisclosed issues that you find out about sooner or later, in turn causing you to put more money into a car that was already most likely overpriced. If you start having issues with your car, their responsiveness begins to decline and they practically avoid you. Once you write a review they decide to contact you and "help" only to temporarily fix the issue yet again, so when it breaks again they can blame you or another mechanic because they already "tried to help". You'll find better/more genuine service at McDonalds. They don't "care" or WANT to help until they see your bad review. They'll also tell you your mechanic is "intentionally telling you all the things wrong with your car just to get more money out of you." Sometimes that's just not the case especially when you're going to someone you personally trust. The cars they sell are just in terrible shape and their "6 certified mechanics" just toss the parts back in and call it good. After learning about (from multiple sources) how under my hood should look, I could tell just by looking so many surface issues wrong with this thing.

Purchased a diesel Jeep several weeks that had entire emissions system removed and was not emissions compliant. Nothing was disclosed and there was no inspection report provided with sale even after requesting it beforehand. Would not return my calls nor would give me the time of day for trying to fix a car that LEGALLY should not have been sold to begin with. Service department incredibly rude and still running me through the ringer. Would avoid at all costs and spare yourself and being taken advantage of.
