Time and friendleness.

On my visit they took my car right away when I went just for oil change and Lub. Monet greeted me as I got out of my car and was very friendly both before and after. I appreciate the fact that I don't feel I am taken advantage of being a single, older woman. The work that needed to be done was done and nothing more.

Excellent service

The routine service for our 2016 Outback took about 30 minutes from the time we arrived until we were told it was done. We are greatly impressed with the short wait time that requires no appointment!

Very satisfied with service

on my 2011 subaru Outback check engine light, brake light indicator, cruise control indicator, and icy/slippery road indicators all came on while driving on normal driving conditions. Took car in for service also requested an poil change and tire rotation as that was due within the next 700 miles. Car required brake light and battery maintenance. I was sontified of all work requested before any work was done. Very satisfied with the service at Kendall Subaru. Wayne

Kendall Subaru of Eugene

All the employees at Kendall Subaru are very accommodating and helpful. Jered Alsup, one of the Sales Managers there, took time to come speak with us personally, made sure we were happy with the purchase price of our new car, and that we were well taken care of. Love and John, our salesmen were nothing short of amazing.

Barely One Star Service

I drove 300 miles to have recall work done. Not all items were accomplished because they simply forgot or deliberately failed to complete. Very bad attitude by service person. Even they were made aware of time constraints and driving distance on multiple occasions before service date, service failed to accomplish computer reprogramming because (allegedly) my car battery did not have sufficient load capacity. Rather than installing a better battery to complete work(or at least telling me of the problem in a timely fashion), they simply parked my car and let me cool my heels for an additional 1-1 1/2 hours (a total of 3 1/2 hours). At checkout (which I had to ask for several times and was ignored until I pretty much demanded to be checked out so I could start the drive home), service person intimated it was my fault for not knowing of battery limitations (car starts just fine) and dealership simply had no way of completing work. This was b.s. of course since they sell new batteries. My ultimate conclusion is that service department had little desire to do recall work and simply got rid of me and my car. They were successful, I would never go back. Buyer beware. This is a dealership interested in sales, not service(unless perhaps you are paying their premium rates). In sum, I have dealt with car dealerships many many times over the years. This is the first time a service person has blamed me for the dealership's unwillingness to complete recall work. I left with the definite impression that recall work and customer service are not dealership priorities.

Great service

I bought my first Subaru this weekend and I couldn't have felt more comfortable, the sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable of what features would be best for our family and the finance department worked hard to make sure I got the best financing option. Thank you and I love my new Legacy!

Service has been excellent!

I purchased my 2017 Outback from Kendall Subaru and have used their service department ever since. Before buying my Outback, I had my cars serviced at a local garage. I was very satisfied with their work, but after the good service I received with my first free service call, I have decided to stay with Subaru for my future service needs. Great job guys and gals!

Always a great visit

We got our Subaru Forrester new from Kendall Subaru and will not trust anyone else to keep it in tip top shape. Living on the Oregon coast, we feel much better knowing our Subaru is being serviced by Kendall and don't mind the trip to Eugene to do it. The staff at Kendall are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We have NEVER been disappointed with scheduling or work done in keeping our car in like new condition and running like a well tuned sports car. Thank you Kendall Subaru. You deserve it. Awesome service department!

We so love dealing with the folks at Kendall Subaru in Eugene. The service department people are awesome and they make you feel like they really care about your comfort while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. We drive up here from Sutherlin not only because we purchased our two Foresters from them but because we trust the service department to take good care of our vehicles.
