very professional no pressure

Already had price quote from Internet pricing. Just test drove car and the listened to the upsale for different insurance packages (never pushy) and then signed papers. Very easy transaction!!!

Kendall is the best!

I purchased a new-to-me 2015 Outback and traded in my 2013 Forester. I worked with the same sales consultant, John Hazelton, that helped me in 2012 and he is fantastic! When I purchased my Forester in 2012, my husband had just passed away and it was the first car I had ever bought. I was nervous and a little bit weepy. John treated me with such kindness and respect, he made the whole process easy and comfortable. Now that I was ready to move up (and was such an old hand at this), John was the first person I called. We had been communicating off and on for the last several months and he found the perfect car for me. I love it!

Friendly Service, Great Experience!

We went in the day before planning to purchase a Crosstrek, and my husband just didn't fit in the car- He's 6'4". We went home to think on it, and came back to purchase a Forester. We were in and out in just a few hours. We have a 7 month old, and didn't have time to look at every car on the lot. Our salesperson made it so easy, and we walked out with a great deal and a beautiful car. We are so happy with how everything went, and will absolutely return the next time we need a car!

Excellent service, sale and product

I have shopped at Kendall Dealerships for many years and this is the fourth or fifth vehicle that I have purchased from Kendall Subaru. I am a "car guy" and I acknowledge that I am often difficult to please. I traded another Subaru that I had purchased form Kendall. I was treated courteously and fairly and the deal was seamless. I am really enjoying the new car and I credit the salesman and his knowledge about Subaru products for educating me about the new WRX. Bravo on you new General Manager as well. I dealt with Tony as a sales associate 10 years ago and he is always in good humor and a pleasant fellow to deal with. I'll be back.

Service dept.

Good buying experience. Service dept. seemed very frantic. I bought a tonto cover and cargo barrier, I asked that the barrier not be installed at this time but it was installed which resulted in a even longer service appt. than what had been predicted. I bought floor mats, cargo barrier, tondo cover and waited for over an hr to have them "installed" when I had requested to just pick the items up. This was disappointing as a first experience with the service dept. The employee's were pleasant but poor communication was evident.

Great service

After a clutch replacement, which went very well. Car starting having problems with gas flow though initially that was not clear. Took the car in once and they tested and test drove the car and with no problems found. Problems continued in normal use. Returned the car again and two mechanics reviewed the issues (idle not holding, and car bucking at highway speed) They cleaned and serviced the injectors and issues with gas flow stopped.
