We purchased pre owned we had gazillion questions and hats off to Pat, he was there for us and what he didn’t know he found out. No complaints. He gave us time to think to process and I’m so grateful that he was patient as I arrived where my fiancé was in the process:) Also honorable mention to Ed who helped us in the finance dept. Really top notch!!

Best service department all around! Helpful, courteous, and a wealth of information. Everything is clean and everyone, even if they are not your service manager will help. Car is returned back in great working order and all problems are taken care of in a timely manner. From sales to service, the whole team at Hyundai of Saint Augustine is in my opinion the best.!

Bryce, CSR and Ed, Finance Mgr. Made it easy to purchase the Tucson. They had a wide selection of vehicles to choose from and provided a fair trade on our trade in. Both were fair and honest in the deal. Bryce answered all of my questions with authority. Ed provided the paper magic to get it all done in a very short time working directly with our CU on the loan. All was as it should be when buying a new car. Oh yeah, we love the Tucson we bought!
