The dealership is great.

The dealership is great. Mopars prices for repairs are ridiculous. Probably won’t purchase another car made by this manufacturer unless they fix the repair costs.

Buttons had my car for almost two weeks.

Buttons had my car for almost two weeks. It took them a week to get the first part that was needed and then they said I need another part (a battery terminal connector.). It was going to take an additional week and a half to get this part in. I ended up picking up my car, half repaired and took it to someplace else after two weeks. The communication was poor. Garrett would say he would call me or message me and then wouldn’t. It was very frustrating and discouraging.

Very good experience. Greg Finley was very helpful and attentive, went out of his way to find what I wanted. Finance department made it easy to sign papers.
