Nick was awesome from the time we walked in the door. He went above and beyond to get the jeep I wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. He was also just a good human being which is hard to find these days!!!!!

Took 2 days to do an oil change and never looked at the
Took 2 days to do an oil change and never looked at the issue I took it in for. I made an appointment a week ahead of time and was told for 3 days they didn’t have time to figure out what noise was coming from front end. Got tired of the run around and picked it up and will never go back

Hi Ray, The service manager, Matt and I spoke regarding this issue and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. When speaking to Matt, he said that he along with another tech drove the truck to try and replicate the issue, but had no luck. Unfortunately, since we couldn't replicate the issue, it becomes harder to diagnose. If it happens again, please bring the truck back ASAP so we can make sure to remedy the situation. My jeep gladiator 2yrs old didn't start one morning while I was here in Kokomo " I live in Florida now " but buttons came to the rescue and replaced both battery's in a reasonable time ,thanks again Buttons
