We just purchased a 2007 pre-owned Mustang for our son. The sales staff was excellent and everyone that we made contact with at the dealership was friendly. We felt like we got an excellent deal and would definitely go back for any future car purchases. Our salesperson was Amber. She was friendly and easy to talk to.

First time buyer of a Chrysler vehicle. Our salesperson is Mark Carroll. Mark was a fantastic people person and puts forth any effort to help out. Other than Mark, I can not recommend this dealership to anyone. The customer service needs a tremendous amount of leadship guidance. A "please" and a "thank you" will go a long way. Knowing the details of a service would be a plus before calling the customer to tell them they have to pay for something that is covered under warranty. A little forward thinking would be a positive communication tool. Let the customer know when the commitment to have their vehicle back to them is not going to happen. A kind explanation of the services the dealer offers would be more beneficial than expecting the customer to know everything. Answer the phone politely with a greeting such as "Good morning" instead of a brash "Service" or "Button". Since the whole concept of a vehicle dealership is to sell vehicles, pay attention to the lot and be willing to assist potential buyers. Leaving people on the lot searching for more than 45 minutes should be unacceptable to any salesperson. Don't offer vehicles until all open recalls are addressed. Not telling a purchaser that there are 5 open recalls is a bit much. For those who consider this dealership, be mindful of that the purchase of a vehicle is is a big deal to you. Don't count on any positive customer support from much of the staff. Our experience with this is from the service staff to the top management. Completely unacceptable and unworthy of our time, effort, and our money.

I walked around the sales lot for more than an hour, I went inside and they said they were busy and would be right with me, finally got tired of waiting went outside and called. Still did t get an answer. I went to look at 3 vehicles that were on the website of which none were on the lot. Would never go back.
