Had an appointment at 7:30am and dropped my car and key
Had an appointment at 7:30am and dropped my car and key off an hour and a half early to be there for the first appointment. Arrived at dealership at 8:00am and was told since it was dripped off it went in line even though my appointment was at 7:30am. Was informed they didn’t start until 7:30am with 3 other cars being serviced.
