Drake and the Godspeed team created Amazing car buying experience. Entire Godspeed team are all very pleasant, proficient, and great to work with. You'll be friendly greeted and assisted upon entering establishment, then allowed to independently browse amazing luxury car showroom until your ready to discuss details of their cars with one of the Godspeed team members that are always close by and ready to assist you. The establishment is clean, enjoyable and family friendly. WOW! Every car in their showroom is in top notch condition, it feels like being on a movie set of luxury cars or a luxury car auction! I called about purchasing one of their vehicles in the 70-80k price range. I asked the salesperson if I could take it to a certified dealer for inspection. He said no. That says it all about this place. -AVOID

Most disappointing vehicle I have ever owned in my life!

Most disappointing vehicle I have ever owned in my life! My husband surprised me and purchased a Land Rover, Range Rover for me from Godspeed. It had been owned by 4 previous people. It had been in two minor accidents. The car was overpriced and 6 weeks after purchasing the vehicle we had to sink 16,000 in to it. Land Rover had the car for over 4 months! The dealership told me that the person/company that sold us this car must have known about the issues prior to us purchasing it. After picking the vehicle up, we had to take it back because of all the issues that were not repaired or damaged while waiting to be repaired. I have owned many automobiles in my life, 2 other range rovers and I would never recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from this company. Just because it has God in the name of the company does not mean that the people are honest.

My husband and I purchased a Mercedes Benz SUV on

My husband and I purchased a Mercedes Benz SUV on 12/22/2023 paid cash. Upon arriving home, we noticed the air intake for the engine was dry rotted, driver seat broken underneath, driver side taillight cracked all we could not see in their underlit seeming upscale showroom. We also noticed that the car was making a weird nose and was told by Mercedes Benz that the drive belt was going bad and needed to bed replaced. When we purchased this vehicle, the manager went through this long speak about how they make sure all the vehicles are in emaculate before they sale them, not true. We advised the dealership of all the issues, and they offered to reimburse us for the repairs only if we take down the reviews that we posted. After these repairs are done now the engine light keeps coming on and were told the car needs a tune-up which is another $450.00 after we have paid $500.00 for the other repairs. Now the dealership offers to buy the car back after we have made all these repairs. There was a service sticker in the window that had 12/5/2023 on it that the car was serviced but it had no coolant fluid in it when we arrived home from purchasing the vehicle. BE AWARE! of the glitter and glam and the high-end vehicles that Godspeed Motors have its not what it seems. Our purchase with them has been a NIGHTMARE. This car has been to the shop 3 times since we purchased it.

Never heard from them.

Never heard from them. Probably better off. After doing some research, they do not look like a reputable dealership. Most cars are rebuilds and many customers have had them fall apart or blow up within the first year.

I lost $10,000 with Godspeed Motors.

I lost $10,000 with Godspeed Motors. In May I bought my dream car (Jag F-Type) from Godspeed. Not even a week later, the water pump fails, and I have to pay to tow the car back up to their service department myself. Over the course of the 4 months I owned the headache-on-wheels, this car had to be brought back to service 4 times. Busted speaker, brake issues, oil leak, and a list of other fun stuff. I mean who doesn’t love making payments on a car you can’t even drive, right? The cherry on top was at one point when I went to pick the car up from service, Godspeed made me sign a contract that they would no longer service the car they sold me, before they would give me the keys back. This all leads to September, when I literally get stranded in the middle of nowhere on the way to Myrtle Beach, because the oil leak Godspeed *fixed* took out my alternator. So instead of a relaxing on vacation, I have to spend 2 days at a Not-so-Quality Inn, and then pay almost $1k just to get the car towed back to NC. So at this point, the Jag isn’t even doing its bare minimum job of getting me from point A to point B. I take it back to Godspeed and ask for a refund, and surprisingly enough they agree, but only offer me $13k less than what I bought it for just a few months prior (I may have driven it 4k miles, if that). So it’s either keep paying thousands to fix a lemon car, or take the loss and just get rid of it. So now you’re probably thinking “This was probably just a one-off incident, plus Jaguars are notorious for being unreliable.” You’d be correct, Jaguars are unreliable. Especially when they’re “serviced” with junkyard spare parts that come from the graveyard behind the dealership. After speaking with both people that have worked there in the past, and past customers, it’s clear how they run their business: 1. Purchase used exotic cars for cheap that have been in accidents, or have severe mechanical issues. If the car is beyond repair, they throw it out back (Pictured) and pull parts off for whatever may come through the service department. (Funny enough they left service records in my glove box that said my car had been in an accident, but this was nowhere on the CarFax or relayed to me before buying it) 2. For the cars that do pass inspection, the techs do the bare minimum to get the car running enough for a test drive, and then put it up for sale. (Also have heard from multiple people there’s no A tech on staff, so most of their work is either YouTube Certified or outsourced to other shops) 3. Godspeed primarily sells to customers out of state, so that when a person buys a car and ships it to California, they don’t have the option to bring it back to the dealership for service (Unless they want to pay thousands to ship it back) The kicker here, is that they don’t have the budget to properly fix their cars, but they do have the budget to remove every bad review they get in Google, Facebook, etc. Multiple past customers told me their review was taken down within a few days. So for anyone who doesn’t do a full deep-dive investigation on the place (me) before purchasing, you end up finding out the hard way. So to wrap up, when I asked for a refund on the car, the manager Ash told he that I was “Over my head” and “didn’t know what I was getting into buying an exotic car.” And he’s right, only it’s more along the lines of I “didn’t know what I was getting into buying an exotic car from Godspeed Motors.” (I’ve also heard apparently they dock their sales associates pay for each bad review the dealership gets, so Eric if management tries to dock your pay for this I’d be happy to cover whatever they take off. Like I said, the sales process was phenomenal, and sales associates shouldn’t get punished for the fault of abysmal management.)
