Welcoming team and environment

Warm welcoming people with a "small town feel" environment. Nicole (front desk), Chris (salesperson), Brian (finance), Hector (maintenance) and Larry (owner) were all very friendly and attentive. No high-pressure sales, very responsive, managed expectations well, and a very efficient process. C3 is at the top of my list for future car purchases and I have already recommended them to other friends.

Great Place To Buy A Used Car

We were shopping for a used vehicle for my daughter and as always it was a great experience. Make them wash the car before showing it

Nice place... Car was dirty from rain the night before. I asked if they could wash it. They said that didn't have a way to do that on site. Bought it, took it to a car wash... the car was covered in small hail damage. Been a year... still bothers me they would act that shady.

Customer For Life

Good experience and car - 12 months in

Had a great experience buying my 2011 Prius from C3 last year. Of course you always hope you don’t have any issues with the used car and I am happy to report everything is still running great after about 13 months.

Best Car Buying experience ever!

Finally made it down this past weekend to look at a car at C3Auto was met by the sales manager Danny went completely out of his way to put my mind at ease and ended up making my whole buying experience about as pleasant as it's ever been because I hate buying used cars and new dealers

Came in tonight and looked at a Lexus with my son, the staff was very knowledgeable enjoyed my experience would recommend them to any friends and family. Top notch Dealership!

Promised repairs done incorrectly causing 2400.00

I had a great experience "buying" a car and I dealt with Danny and Larry. However, part of the signed contract was a we owe statement agreeing to replace front brake pads, drive belt, timing belt and flush the transmission. I had to go back on multiple trips because found out after having new tires installed that the brake pads were not replaced. Then on a recent trip to Colorado the car died and I had to have it towed. Firestone diagnosed that since the timing belt was not put on correctly it caused 2600.00 more damages that C3 is refusing to pay. The master tech at Firestone said that ALL the damage is a result of their shotty mechanic work. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will update this review if they end up making this right.
