Larry is awesome. We bought from him a number of years ago and decided to go back! Best decision ever!!! Got a 2023 Taos last weekend! Great car, great mileage and price but most of all, Larry stepped up again and didn’t disappoint! He is the best I’ve ever seen at choosing used cars that are top notch! We actually went back this weekend and bought my wife an excellent used Tacoma! I’ll let her leave that review! If you need a great used vehicle I strongly recommend Larry at C3 Auto. If he doesn’t have what you want in stock, email him what you’re looking for and he will go find it! That’s what he did with the Tacoma! This only goes to a five star but I’d give him a 10 star review if I could! Go check him out!!!

I had been looking within 500 miles for a Lexus RX350 and found a 2015 with only 62000 miles at C3 for only $20,000. After calling about several cars and dealerships, one gets very wary. Patrick answered the phone and verified the car was there. I asked if the price was right and if there were any add-ons because I would be driving an hour to get there. Grubbs Nissan wasted a couple hours of my life with a $3500 increase, paint and upholstery protection xx! I got there, asked for a bid on my car and took a test drive. It looked and drive like new. They were doing paperwork on another so I had to wait. The owner, Larry Craghead, offered me a soft drink and showed me around, We had a nice talk and I could see he was just out to make an honest dollar. I have to say I have never seen a used car lot and building so nice. Yes, they have umbrella awnings over every car as in the picture. I got to Ron, he got me a great interest rate and we signed everything. He did not try to upsell anything except the extended warranty which I refused. I would do business with C3 again in a minute.

WARNING: AVOID C3 AUTO SALES – DECEPTIVE PRACTICES & WORTHLESS WARRANTY! I am urging anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from C3 Auto Sales to think twice before making a decision. This dealership sold me a vehicle with severe pre-existing mechanical issues and has refused to take any responsibility. On top of that, the warranty they offer is nearly useless, especially for higher-mileage vehicles, as they make it incredibly difficult to get repairs covered. Odometer at Purchase: 114,161 miles Current Odometer: 116,620 miles (Only 2,459 miles driven!) Purchase Price: $28,955.20 Shortly after I started driving the vehicle regularly in November of 2024, I experienced severe misfires and engine issues. Over the course of several months and thousands of dollars in repairs, it became clear that this vehicle was sold to me with undisclosed, pre-existing mechanical failures. Despite multiple repair attempts—including replacing spark plugs, the EGR valve, and the Powertrain Control Module (PCM)—the problems persisted. After spending $3,300 out-of-pocket and receiving zero help from the warranty company, I finally had the vehicle thoroughly inspected by Integrity Car Care, where they uncovered the true extent of the damage: What the Mechanic Found: ✔ Camshaft failure – Engine needs full replacement. ✔ Lifters and cam synchronizing loops damaged, causing metal-on-metal friction. ✔ Coolant leaking into the cylinders – Continuous misfiring. ✔ Water and rust present in the combustion chamber, cylinder walls, and rings. ✔ Loose bolts and brackets near the valve cover – Evidence of tampering. ✔ Rust at the top of the cylinder heads – Signs of long-term neglect. The mechanic explicitly stated that these issues could not have developed within 2,459 miles and were clearly pre-existing when the dealership sold me the vehicle. The presence of loose bolts, rust, and improperly secured components strongly suggests that the vehicle was tampered with before the sale to hide its defects. Fraudulent Practices & Worthless Warranty 🚨 Concealment of Mechanical Issues: The dealership either knew or should have known about the defects but chose to sell the car anyway without disclosure. This is fraudulent misrepresentation under Texas consumer protection laws. 🚨 Deceptive Warranty Practices: The warranty they provide is nearly impossible to use—especially for high-mileage vehicles—because they find every loophole possible to deny coverage. It is essentially a worthless sales tactic rather than real protection. Next Steps & Warning to Others I am now in the process of filing formal complaints with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Enforcement Division and other consumer protection agencies. If you are considering buying from C3 Auto Sales, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Their lack of transparency, refusal to stand by their vehicles, and deceptive warranty practices make them an untrustworthy dealership. I will continue pursuing legal action and publicly exposing their fraudulent behavior. Potential buyers, beware! 🚨

Came down to look at a van from out of state because it looked very nice online and they were willing to work with me on the price. Danny told me that it was a very nice van and there were no concerns with it so I paid for tickets that premise. When I came to look at it it had been warmed before I saw it, the mounts for the body in the front and a couple in the back and sway bar link bushings had been replaced, which would indicate to me it had likely been in an accident. A bit of the frame had also been repainted black. The rain track on the roof had been repainted white. The back door handle did not work. The dash had been apparently removed because the chime kept chiming when there was no key in the ignition, and there are other components that were loose. The transmission look like it had been replaced because there was permatex on the dipstick where it entered the tranny. I am very disappointed, unfortunately I paid the money to fly down and look at the van trusting the word of the dealership. Thankfully I had not completed the financing that I was arranging from out of state.

Perfect transaction. I flue up from Austin to the dealership in Plano, and amazingly enough the vehicle was exactly how it was described to me. Marcus was great to work with. In fact, the whole team there at C3 was awesome. Definitely recommend them.

Great to deal with. Friendly staff. Vehicle was exactly what they posted and told me about before I made the 3 hour drive down.

Responded to the online request for availability. Did not follow up on additional info I requested. Wanted to know about availability of delivery, and pickup of trade. Didn't hear back.
