My experience at Direct Auto Exchange was awesome! My salesman was Benny & he was the best salesman ever!! He listened to my needs & found me the perfect vehicle. Then finance team worked with me to get me into that perfect vehicle. It was an all around wonderful car buying experience!!

Did app over phone, visited dealership after work and left driving new vehicle! Service was just that quick! I purchased a 2018 Chrysler 200 fully loaded I had the vehicle for about two months until issues started occurring I went into to get a truck on the day I made the purchase however my payments didn't match what I could afford at the time I purchased the vehicle starting making payment at 534.00 a month I was happy for about a good month with this vehicle then I started getting alerts for the sensor on the tires which cost 250 a tire. I had to go back to the mechanism twice just to change one sensor because he had to order a 1,000 dollar to do the job.I had to go back again the another for the same thing within two months of purchase. Following this I had made at least five trips to there mechanic that handles issues after purchase. The next time I had to come it was almost the end of September I purchased the vehicle in May of 2019 . 2 days prior I got into my vehicle at Circle K and my vehicle wouldn't start so I lift the hood played with a few things got back in and the car started after about an hour. Ok I immediately called Direct and informed them of situation I was pretty much brushed off and told to call there mechanic and schedule an appointment. Long story short I had to trade in the vehicle I just purchased and get a new vehicle which push my payment to the roof at all 732.00 a month now I'm strongly due to covid it was fine the last two years now I'm being threatened for reposition because I fell behind due to covid.

Let me say when you walk in the door, you feel at ease because everyone is friendly and kind. I've went to other dealers and walked out because I felt pressured. I talked to Justin over the phone and when I pulled up he knew who I was and greeted me with a warm smile. I told Justin my situation and what I could and couldn't do. He said no problem and guaranteed me I would ride away in a new car. God bless Justin because he went above and beyond for me; like he promised I got to drive away in a car that I liked, not what they thought I could afford. The rest of staff were helpful to my grandson the entire time Justin and I were working on the paperwork.
