I bought my 1st Highlander from Fort Toyota and have always been happy with their service and friendly staff. Kevin made buying my 2nd Highlander very... stress free, which I appreciated.
My parents were looking for a new car and had not purchased one for over 10 years. They had been to 4 other dealerships and she had not found anything... she liked. I pointed out the hybrid on the lot and noted the miles per gallon. After a little looking she was interested in "the car outside". Long story short 2 hours or less later, she is buying a new car. Dunstan was great!
We pulled into the Service Center and was greeted by Klarrisa Kee, then Matt Wagner and Blake Bredeman, both Service Advisors, worked their majic and before... we could finish the donut and coffee, our van was fixed! They also offered expert advise on trouble shooting in the future. What a great team at Fort's Toyota in North Pekin.

Nate Smith was awesom - greeted me when I entered the showroom but not at all overbearing. Couple hours later I chose to make the purchase - though when... I drove to Pekin (45 min drive) I really had no intention of buying a vehicle as I had just bought a new RAV4 last Sept but truly wanted a Hybrid as I loved my 2012 Prius and, silly as it may sound, I said I'd never buy a black or white car, but last Sept I did buy white RAV4 and regretted it ever since. Nate made the decision very easy with no hard sell - and the price was much better than the Peoria area Toyota dealer.
Stopped into the dealership 30 minutes before closing and Craig came out to help us. We told him what we were looking for and he went and got the keys... so that we could look at the white RAV4 XLE and we told him we would come back the next day too test drive it and see what we could do. it didn't have all the features we wanted so we ended up driving the limited and we made a deal on that.
Very pleasant experience. No pressure and worked at my pace. Complete staff worked to make deal workout. After sale Kevin made sure I understood options... and functions. Looking forwards to return for service and sales in the future.
We were treated friendly and attentively. Nate was very helpful in explaining the new vehicle attributes. The service manager seemed knowable and was... very personable. I am looking forward to working with these people in the future.
