The service performed was ok.

The service performed was ok. I did not like finding a part on the passenger side floor ! After looking in my car manual, it seems to be part of my air conditioner filter located behind the glove box. When it gets warmer I will look to put back together. The technician should have noticed this !!! I really like that you pick up cars for service. Thank You.

Very friendly and not pushy.

Very friendly and not pushy. Explained features of car while driving and when trying to make a decision. Even called after purchase to see if any question's. Just made the experience much less stressful

Scott, in the Sales Department, was fabulous.

Scott, in the Sales Department, was fabulous. We spoke on the phone multiple times before I came in to the dealership. He always had the car I needed to test drive ready and waiting for me. He stayed in contact with me while I was waiting for the car I wanted to be delivered to the dealership. The sales and financing process was clear and easy. Ray, in the Finance Department, was wonderful with the financing process and paperwork, as well as the warranty and Simonizing.

I was in on Friday the 9th of Feb.

I was in on Friday the 9th of Feb. for a service that only required a tire rotation Every winter I have to add to my tires because the pressure drops to 23 psi I normally readjust, but since I was going there that they would. No one asked me why the psi was now 41-43 psi.. and I “assumed” they would ask or adjust. My receipt says they adjusted….. they did not… I am not complaining , just disappointed they did not do as the receipt reads or come and ask me… other than that I always get good service at fort
