Very happy

Very smooth and easy transaction. Staff was very friendly and provided great explanation during negotiations. Be prepared to pay what is listed on the window if you are purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. But also know Fort's prices are very fair. I will be back! Always felt important as a customer. Very happy with Fort's.

Prompt service and easy to work with. Would recommend and also would purchase another vehicle at this location. Great warranty! Good selection of new vehicles

RAV4 purchase

We visited the dealership to investigate trading in our 2012 Higherlander for a smaller RAV4. We also have a 2015 Highlander which we like very much. Our interest was in downsizing one of the Highlanders for a RAV4.

Helpful Hands in the Service Department

We pulled into the Service Center and was greeted by Klarrisa Kee, then Matt Wagner and Blake Bredeman, both Service Advisors, worked their majic and before we could finish the donut and coffee, our van was fixed! They also offered expert advise on trouble shooting in the future. What a great team at Fort's Toyota in North Pekin.

Excellent service, no push, helpful, kind and friendly.

I appreciate their selling philosophy and their customer service. Like no other. It's worth the visit. The service to pick up and deliver your car could be a deal breaker.

I did the car deal remotely as I live in MN

Everyone from Melissa that I first chatted with about the truck online to Blake in sales and Eric in finance where awesome to deal with! Highly recommend if your hunting for some new wheels.

Great experience with my convertible at Forts!

I came into this dealership with a 2001 Toyota Solara convertible having issues with the top not raising and lowering like it should They did a great job diagnosing the problem (dead motor) and gave me clear options on what it would cost to replace. Blake Bredeman was fantastic - communicating honestly and frequently to make sure I understood what they were doing and why. Kenny the master tech took me back in the shop and showed me the issue firsthand. I was quoted a price for labor and they stuck to that quote even though I think it took them longer than expected to fix the issue. I'm a fan of this dealership and would recommend them for work on your Toyota.

Toyota of Pekin sold this Tacoma twice!

Top notch service. The entire experience was enjoyable. I live in Nebraska and contacted Neal Shryock, who took a deposit on the vehicle in order to ensure it would in fact be there when I arrived after the 5 hour trip. It was, and just as advertised. Neal told me days before on my initial inquiry of the frame replacement that was performed there at Toyota of Pekin, and how the pictures really didnt do the truck justice. He was correct. I showed up with a check for the sticker price and drove away in my new pickup no more than an hour later.

Low pressure and fast

I did my homework and price of car very competitive. Making the deal was quick and no high pressure up sells. I will come back for future cars.
